The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. It is a very convenient location with easy access to any stores or restaurants you can think of. We are only minutess from Hy-Vee grocery store, Aldi, CVS, Walgreens, and Starbucks. We are only 10 mins from the Plaza and Westport area.
Ward Parkway has a wide, landscaped median, which is decorated with fountains and statuary. Many of Kansas City's finest large houses are along Ward Parkway in the Country Club District.
The street name derives from the family of pioneer Seth E. Ward who owned property on both sides of the parkway and whose house at 1032 West 55th St. is on the National Register of Historic Places.
During your stay, you'll have full and private access to this home are welcome to use any of the amenities provided.
Inside you'll find 3 cozy bedrooms located on the second floor of the home. The master bedroom has a private attached bath.
The large den is great for a movie night with friends and family. For the adults, enjoy the speakeasy bar for nights when you just want to gather at home. You'll also have access to two patio areas and a fenced in backyard to sit out and enjoy the beautiful Kansas City weather.
Uber and Lyft are readily available. The free bus line is also available with stops right on the corner of the street
No Smoking in unit or building. (violation subject to $250 fine)
Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee -$40 per pet. $100 per pet per month for long term stays.
Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds.

The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation unless special permission has been granted. This extends to the building amenities as well.
