BERMUDA BEACH Bermuda Beach has the best of both worlds, with a drive-on portion of the beach to the East of the neighborhood for those who prefer to drive their vehicle or golf cart and those with limited mobility and most of the beach in this neighborhood is walk-on only, ideal for families with little ones. EXTENDED STAYS Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day.
