The cabin is a perfect destination for a family vacation, reunion, or a romantic getaway!

This beautiful cabin is located in the highly sought-after Preserve Resort in Wears Valley, just outside of Great Smoky Mountain National Park! Upon arrival, you'll notice the breathtaking views and the peaceful surroundings. The over-sized windows allow you to enjoy panoramic views of the Smokies while seated near the cozy fireplace. Bella Vista features 3 King-sized beds and three sleeper sofas, and two twin beds in the loft to easily accommodate groups of up to 10 guests!

The interior of the cabin offers upscale amenities including a full kitchen, multiple Roku HDTVs, a Blu-Ray player, fireplace, pool table, foosball, arcade games, hot tub, and much more! There is a bonus 'crow's nest' in the loft that contains 2 twin mattresses and is the perfect hiding spot for kids of all ages! Lots of seating on all three decks as well as the new hot tub and beautiful mountain views await!

CABIN LAYOUT:
Enter the cabin through the fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The kitchen contains a full supply of everything you'll need to enjoy a home-cooked meal at the cabin! It is equipped with a Keurig Duo (with starter coffee supply) for those beautiful mountain mornings on the deck. The dining area leads into the gorgeous living room complete with a 50" TV (cable and blu-ray player included), a queen sofa and a cozy fireplace. There is a private King bedroom with a 32" TV and attached full bathroom. Off the living room is a large deck with rocking chairs and a log picnic table that overlooks an incredible view of the Smokies on both sides of the cabin!

Upstairs, in the loft, you will find a second bedroom area complete with a plush King size bed and a full bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The bed is not enclosed - you can wake up and fall asleep to mountain views through the large windows! The upper level has cathedral ceilings and features an open seating area! A sleeper sofa is included and is perfect for additional guests or for a sleepover with the kids. Your children will love climbing the log ladder that leads up to a fun, private "Crow's Nest", complete with 2 twin mattress setup for extra sleeping (or hiding!) space!

The loft also features a 32" TV. The deck outside of this level has some of the best views in the Resort and is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings!

The bottom level of the cabin is the game room! This floor includes third king size bed, with full bathroom. It also includes a pool table, foosball table, arcade, board games, big-screen TV and more incredible views through the open windows! The new 7 person hot tub is housed on this level just off the deck.

Guest access
Guests enter using a personalized code on the touchpad of the front door. The code is provided with welcome information before your stay! There are also physical keys provided in a lockbox should you need any assistance with access.

Guests can access the entire cabin with the exception of the private owner's closet.
Other things to note
Starter packs including toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwashing soap are provided. Depending on your length of stay, please plan accordingly as you may need to bring additional supplies. Towels for the hot tub are provided and additional blankets and pillows are available for large groups as well!

The cabin is easily accessed via paved roads. Some of the roads are winding so please drive carefully. The Parkway in Pigeon Forge is 15 miles from the cabin and will provide easy access to all local attractions. Other nearby activities include:
