With dining space for ten people around the dining room table, you'll be able to host holidays, special events, & any other vacation that brings you to the High Country. The kitchen is well stocked & has updated stainless appliances plus a gas cooktop for all your cooking needs. Walk out to the deck with unforgettable views the mountains, a gas grill, bar counter, outdoor table & seating, & Adirondack chairs for entertaining or relaxation.

• Centered around the two-story stone fireplace, the main floor boasts the great room & a master king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
• Upstairs in the main house, you'll find a 2nd master king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
• Downstairs you can relax in the game room with a pool table, foosball table, PlayStation, big screen smart TV, dart board, wet bar, extra seating & a sleeper sofa that opens up into a queen bed. Backdoor leads to a hot tub, extra seating, picnic table with a giant Jenga and incredible mountain views.
• Down the hallway you will find another bedroom with an ensuite bathroom that has 2 - wood logs double bunk beds with a smart TV & DVD player along with assorted kid’s DVDs.
• On the main floor a breezeway leads to an attached private 2 story loft. Downstairs has a kitchen, living area, bathroom with shower/tub combo, & a sleeper sofa that opens into a queen bed.
• Upstairs loft bedroom with a queen bed.

The home also has a pack & play, a high chair, multiple board games, along books to entertain adults & children alike. Outside, you can take a dip in the hot tub, enjoy the mountain themed fire ring, take a hike around the property, and collect firewood. With parking for five cars, there is room for your entire group.

Take in the majestic views from everywhere. Prepare dinner & fine dining in the spacious kitchen. Join the kids in the basement with a pool table, foosball, PlayStation, Big screen smart TV, dart board, & wet bar. November to March - we may get snow, sleet, & ice. Road conditions can become hazardous before or during your stay. A 4-wheel drive vehicle & snow chains are mandatory. It is your responsibility to arrive fully prepared & there will be no refunds or date changes due to guests not being properly prepared.

Responsible person must be at least 25 years of age and in attendance during the rental period.

Occupancy is limited at all times to 14 people. No parties/gatherings, or additional house guests.
