The unit was clean and comfortable. The host was very communicative and flexible when we needed to request some changes to our bookings. We had a couple of minor issues with the garbage disposal and shower, but the host was responsive and it was taken care of quickly. This unit is in a nice location - not too close or too far away from all the action in Vegas. We found our stay to be quiet and relaxing.

Great place to stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on this property. It was incredibly clean and the beds and couch were very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with all the basic tools you could want to cook simple meals. Communication with Mariel was easy and she was prompt to reply to any questions we had. We would definitely love to stay here again next time we are in town!

Great apartment !!!

We decided to spend Christmas in Las Vegas and from the reviews it looked really nice. The apartment didn’t disappoint us at all, it had everything we needed for our stay,it was absolutely perfect, the bed ohhh so comfy !!! The are was extremely quiet with some lovely restaurants around and plenty of coffee shops for our mid morning fix. All in all perfect for our stay.

Very simple process, good location, safe neighborhood, check in was super easy. The only issue was I was expecting a queen and two twins but it has 2 queens. Not a major issue but someone may need this info.

Comfortable place to stay

The condo was in good shape and was clean. The beds and sofa were comfortable and we love having a table with four chairs where we can eat meals at the condo. They also had nice blankets for use. The only drawbacks were minor; there weren’t any tissues in the condo, there is minimal silverware and dishes, so we had to wash mugs after breakfast to have enough for tea in the evening. We’d had family we were visiting on the west side of Las Vegas, so the location was good. We’d stay here again if it’s available in the future.

Nice suburban location

Condo was nicely decorated. Unfortunately it was very dirty. We had to clean prior to a comfortable stay. Dusty. Dried food on placemats in kitchen. The rug in kitchen and living rooms -FITHY. Couch really needs cleaned. I was happy that the sheets and bed linens appeared clean. It may be no fault of owner. I feel sorry for her if she is paying a cleaning person because they are not doing their job. Communication was smooth and effortless, nice location. Parking was easy. Felt safe. Access to nice restaurants etc. Thank you

Hi Peny, I am extremely surprised by your review. Cleanliness is our top priority and have always made sure this is at superior level. All of our cleaning staff send before and after photos each time they access our unit in between guests and I can assure you, it is no where near your description of "Dirty". You may have mistaken our place for another propety you stayed at. Furthermore, I would expect you to mention something to us if it was in the level of uncleanliness as you describe in this review. In fact you even mentioned how comfortable you guys were. I wish you the best of luck in your next VRBO stay and can only suggest for you to be honest in your future reviews.

Place was good, despite the chair for the kitchen table. It completely fell apart, whilst a family member was calmly sitting. Showers were clean and relaxing. The air conditioning definitely works. Overall a pretty good stay.

Excellent stay

Property was clean and had all the essentials needed for our stay. It was a very safe neighborhood (gated community)and was close to the strip. Pool was clean and well maintained. Communication with the owner was easy, with quick response. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
