Hello, we are centrally located on the border of Roseville & Citrus Heights. FREE BREAKFAST!!
We are just 5 minuets from highway 80 & less than 10 from highway 50.
A short 15 minute drive to Top Golf, 20 minutes from Thunder Valley Resort & Casino, and 25 minutes from Old Sacramento.
* This is a duplex so will share half the driveway
Kitchen boast all new appliances and quartz countertops. Kitchen is equipped with cooking essentials, pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, cups, bowls. Kitchen also has a Keurig machine for your convenience.
Living room is very spacious with huge sliding door that over looks the fire pit and seating area in the backyard. Backyard is fully fenced for security and safety.
Half bath off of living room.
Two of the three bedrooms have one queen bed. The last bedroom has 2 queen beds.
Full bath in hall has quartz countertops new toilet and shower bath combo. Towels and some toiletries are provided.

As accommodating hosts we do offer a early check in of 2-3 hours for $75 towards the 2nd cleaner. We don't make a profit from this and only offer it at this rate.

This home does fall within city limits and quite hour's of the city are 10pm-7am
This is also a duplex we ask you to please respect city ordinance and our neighbors.
*Nothing shared except for driveway. 1 spot each unit.
Free street parking directly in front of home also available!
* Anyone who enters the home will need to be on the booking.

This rental was sufficient for a one night stay but I would not stay here again. I should have read more reviews before booking but the garage is actually a separate unit that is rented out. Luckily it was vacant when we stayed but it was a weird situation. In addition, we were unable to adjust the temperature without messaging the owners because the thermostat was locked behind a box. He did reply quickly and said he’d adjust it but that for me is just unacceptable as I would have felt uncomfortable constantly asking for a temperature change during my stay. The house condition was decent but definitely felt like a fast flip and there were posted signs everywhere saying only flush toilet paper and leave the shower curtain liner inside the tub. So it felt like I was at a motel, not a home. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was large. I just felt like I couldn’t relax due to all the rules posted and the garage situation etc. I hope this helps someone else.

Looks clean, smells clean. Big enough for our group of 9 friends. Easy check in and out. Good communication with the property manager. The garage is another rental unit. The driveway is shared. Overall, I recommend this place.

Perfect location for our visit

We were in town visiting family and this was the best location to be right in the middle of everything. The grocery stores right down the road we super convenient. The neighborhood was quiet too.

Excellent Host

My family and I stayed the weekend for a high school graduation. The host was great and very attentive. The house was perfect for our size family as well as working during the evenings. The beds were very comfortable. The only thing that would have made the stay better was an additional couch in the living room for our family size to watch tv together comfortably. Overall, the house was perfect for us and the host was fantastic.

Citrus Heights stay

We were pleasantly surprised at the amount of space this home has. It was very clean simply decorated yet nice. The beds were comfy the neighborhood was nice, even had turkeys down the road. Our host was very much available and went out of his way to help us when needed. The only downfall was we did not access to a washer or dryer, but we found a place to wash clothes for our extended trip. We will stay here again when we are back in the area.

This property was a complete disappointment!!! Apparently this rental is a duplex and the attached garage is rented out separately!!! Listing says entire house and says nothing about it being a duplex unless you go hunting for it!!! Very misleading!!! Also couldn’t control the heat and we were freezing during the day and hot at night!!! Floors were sticky throughout the house, and backyard was over grown with weeds. Everything about this listing was sneakily misleading and would never stay again!!!

Upon arrival we discovered that someone was staying or living in the garage. This was not disclosed in the listing or agreement and it was not anyone we knew. The fact that the interior door to the garage had only a basic key lock which they could access made us feel extremely unsafe especially since the bedrooms didn’t have locks leaving us unable to secure ourselves at night. Additionally after re-reading the listing I noticed in very small print that the home was a duplex though it appeared to be a standalone house. Nowhere in the booking details was it made clear that another occupant would be sharing the space in this way. To make matters worse the thermostat was locked preventing us from adjusting the temperature. It was freezing inside the house dropping to what felt like 34 degrees while the outside temperature was 61 degrees. This made for an incredibly uncomfortable and unlivable situation. Given these unexpected and undisclosed conditions we had no choice but to leave early after only staying 3 hours.
