Welcome to Tilted Horse Ranch, a peaceful home on 6 acres located in the heart of Southern Arizona Wine Country. Whether you are here for wine tasting, to attend one of the many local events, or simply want to relax and unwind with the unforgettable sunrises, sunsets, and dark starry skies, this 3 bedroom 2.5 bath house is the perfect getaway.

With it's large back patio, beautiful views of the Mustang Mountains and what locals fondly refer to as "The Biscuit'', a fire pit, barbecue, and lots of seating for lounging and dining al fresco, this is a perfect place to unwind, relax, and recharge at the start of your day, or after your day’s adventures too. Stargazing is also amazing around the fire pit at night, and there is a small sandbox for kids to enjoy.

The back doors usher you directly from the fresh country air into the giant kitchen, dining and living open area. Grab a seat at the kitchen bar or in the game room and enjoy the peaceful beauty of Elgin.

The house is a split floor plan with a large open concept main living area. When you walk in the front door you will enter the area that holds the living room, game room, kitchen and eat-in dining area mentioned above. The living room has a leather sofa, loveseat and chair, a large flat screen TV, and a fireplace. To the right of the front door is a game room with a shuffleboard table and small, high-top table with barstools. The large kitchen has a massive island with bar stools for 6 and an eat-in dining area for 6 (4 chairs and a bench seat). The wall is lined with large windows to enjoy the view of the backyard.

To the rear of the kitchen is a hallway where you will find the private 1st bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom. The room has closet space and also has a flat screen TV. On this side of the home is also the laundry room with a utility sink, a washer and a dryer for your use.

Cross past the game room/living room and there is another bedroom with bunk beds and a dresser for storage. This bedroom comfortably sleeps 4 with two sets of bunk beds. Both bunks are twin over twin and one set of bunks has a trundle that can provide a 5th twin bed. At the end of the hallway is a half bathroom.

Also down this hallway is a large master living and sleeping area that boasts breathtaking views. This master living suite is a large open space that comes equipped with a King bed, a large flat screen TV, a couch that pulls out into a full-size bed, and a desk/workspace for any work that needs to get done. In addition, the master includes a giant walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with double sinks, a large soaking tub, and a spacious shower with two showerheads.

All bedrooms and bathrooms are outfitted with premier linens for your ultimate comfort. This home comfortably sleeps 10 in beds.

Additional amenities include WIFI and YouTube TV, a washer and dryer for your convenience, and plenty of parking space in front of the home.

This home has central air conditioning and heating as the weather in the area can be very warm with highs of 95 in the summer and lows in the high 20's in the winter.

There is a max occupancy of 12 people at the house during the day. Max of 12 people sleeping at the property overnight with use of air mattress or extra twin mattress found in master closet.

Please note, there are outdoor cameras in the front and rear of the property. No parties, large events, or loud music. We have amazing neighbors who live here full time. Please keep the noise down outside in the evening hours.
