This striking 3 bedroom, 4.5 bath home has it all! Each bedroom has it's own private full bath. The interior is open and bright, and the views even brighter. The main floor is home to the fully equipped kitchen with counter seating and coffee bar (both a Keurig and a traditional coffee maker) as well as dining table for all-together dinners! Step out the sliding glass door into the screened porch to savor those warm summer nights. There is a gas grill on the connecting deck for the grill master in your group to show off their talents! Step down to the large gathering area with wood burning fireplace and gorgeous views. Still on the main floor, the primary bedroom (king) boasts a walk-out deck with seating, and luxury bath with a Kohler air jet heated tub, and separate shower. Also located on the main floor is a half bath for any visitors. Once upstairs you will find the two additional bedrooms (kings), each with a private full bath. One bedroom is accented with an outdoor balcony to enjoy great views by day and stars by night, while the other has a large window seat for gazing the beautiful vista. All bedrooms have a television. The landing area is sweet and cozy with a large desk and a view to the main floor gathering area. The lower level offers a perfect spot to play and enjoy some friendly competition with an 8' pool table, that easily becomes a ping pong table when you engage the portable ping pong table top, numerous board games, and space to enjoy friends and family. Cozy it up even more by lighting the second wood burning fireplace. The sofa convert to a queen sleeper when needed. There is a second coffee center in this recreation room featuring a Nespresso machine for the serious coffee lovers among you. The large fourth bath on this level, features a rain shower and is the perfect place to rinse off before and after indulging in the all-weather outdoor hot tub.
