You are going to love staying in this three-bedroom house boasting a location less than two miles from Seagate, Naples and Clams Pass public beaches; all renowned for their white powder sand and crystal-clear water. You will find yourself immersed in paradise from the moment you arrive.

Spend your days building sandcastles with your friends then come home to spread out in the open concept living space. The entertainment area is a great place to hang out with friends, with lots of comfortable furniture surrounding a large flatscreen TV. You can spread some of the provided board games over the dining table for an evening of fun, and the granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances of the full kitchen will make it easy to prepare a delicious meal for everyone to enjoy on the eight-seater dining table in the screened-in lanai. At night, you'll have three bedrooms to take advantage of; one with an ensuite bath. The high-speed WiFi means remote workers and students can stay connected for those important last-minute projects.

You have full use of a propane grill, 6 beach chairs, 1 umbrella, beach cooler and beach towels. The home also has a full-sized washer and dryer, both located in the garage that you can use throughout your stay.

You will have access to the entire home and it is self-check in any time after 4pm. You have full access to the entire house with the exception of an owner's closet.

We make every attempt to keep our home spotless! A professional cleaning crew with years of experience cleans the home after every guest. While we strive for perfection, there may be times when something is overlooked. If that occurs, please notify us immediately and we will work to have the cleaners to correct the oversight.

Our home is in a beautiful part of Florida that is very tropical in nature. This means that there are naturally occurring insects, spiders, lizards, and other pests outdoors. We make every attempt to ensure they stay outside...but unfortunately on occasion they may gain entry. Be sure to keep doors and windows closed (especially at night when lights are on) to limit the entry of flying insects.

We often update and improve our home. During your stay you may notice new/different bedding, rugs, throw pillows, décor, and possibly furniture that differ from the photos you booked with.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
