You can use the private gas grill to host a fun family barbecue while the kids scamper about the enclosed backyard. You'll love waking up to the toasty aromas of freshly-brewed coffee, and the breakfast bar has lots of attractive small appliances to put together everything from a cappuccino to a soft bagel. At night, you'll have three bedrooms to take advantage of, one with an en-suite bath. The private washer and dryer will make it easy to pack light for your trip and the high-speed WiFi means remote workers and students can stay connected for those important last-minute projects.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
