Von dem Moment an, in dem die Tür geöffnet wird, sind die atemberaubende Aussicht und die Liebe zum Detail allgegenwärtig. Alles an dieser Wohnung im 9. Stock wird Ihre Sinne erfreuen. Die gut ausgestattete und modernisierte Küche mit modernisierten Schränken und Granitoberflächen macht das Zubereiten von Mahlzeiten zum Kinderspiel. Sitzgelegenheiten für die ganze Familie sind kein Problem. Der Esstisch bietet Platz für sechs und die Frühstücksbar bietet Platz für zwei. Das luxuriöse Schlafsofa aus Mikro-Wildleder bietet einen gemütlichen und komfortablen Ort zum Entspannen nach einem schönen Tag am Strand.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit mehr als 300 Laken, ein privates Hauptbad mit NEUER WANDERDUSCHE, einen Doppelwaschtisch mit Granitplatte, raumhohe Fenster und eine private Tür zum Balkon mit neuen Balkonmöbeln

Das zweite Schlafzimmer bietet Platz für vier Personen in brandneuen Queensize-Betten. Gäste, die in diesem Zimmer übernachten, können den Luxus von über 300 Laken, einem privaten Master-Bad mit übergroßer Gartenwanne, einem Doppelwaschtisch mit Granitarbeitsplatte, raumhohen Fenstern und einer privaten Tür zum Balkon genießen.

Das Long Beach Resort liegt direkt am zuckerweißen Sandstrand des Golfs von Mexiko. Das Resort verfügt über 2 polynesische Pools (saisonal beheizt), 3 Whirlpools und einen 6500 Quadratmeter großen Lagunenpool mit Palmeninseln, Wasserfällen und üppiger tropischer Landschaft. Eine Poolbar und ein Grill befinden sich günstig am Lagunenpool.

Das Long Beach Resort ist rund um die Uhr an 7 Tagen in der Woche sicher. Das Parken ist direkt vor Ihrem Gebäude - nicht auf der anderen Straßenseite - nicht in einem engen Hochhausparkhaus!

Super Wal-Mart, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß oder nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt.

Check in was easy and the room was fabulous. Very clean and well stocked. The only issue was no extra toilet paper or garbage bags. We purchased some at Wal-Mart. This is a very nice condo and roomy. Definitely will stay here again if available.

Excellent!

Condo is very pretty, nicely decorated, and fully stocked. Comfortable seating, both inside and the balcony as well. Master bedroom bed is the most comfortable of any condo we’ve stayed in at the LongBeach Resort, and family in the second bedroom said the same thing. Remodeled step in shower with large rain shower head is great in the master! Air conditioning stayed at cool 69 degrees the entire time. We love PCB and the Long Beach resort and would highly recommend this particular condo!

Highly recommend

Beautiful condo, very clean, kitchen well stocked with any appliance you need, large balcony with a variety of outdoor furniture. Long Beach resort is one of my favorite resorts on the beach. It has 3 pools, an outdoor bar by the large pool, parking right behind the condo.

Absolutely Wonderful

One of the best decorated, well prepared condos we have ever rented in our 20+ years of coming to PCB. The owner thought of everything one would need. The furniture on the deck was the most comfortable we have ever experienced. Quick and friendly response to any issues. Long Beach Resort is the best location on the beach. I would highly recommend staying here.

Amazing condo and view

We absolutely loved this condo and the view. Water pressure was amazing. Very well equipped. Easy to keep clean from all the slick surfaces. Maureen was very helpful and available when I or my mother needed her. Hopefully we come back next year.

Very Nice Condo

Probably the nicest condo we have stayed in and we’ve stayed in a number over the years. A good add and the only suggestion would be a knife block with steak knives and kitchen scissors. View from the deck was amazing. We were ahead of the season by a few days. Good time to visit would be mid March thru October.

Memorial Day Week

We booked this condo primarily because we read so many reviews about how clean it was. We weren’t disappointed. The condo was a perfect size for our family of five. The balcony was perfect for the whole family and spectacular views. The washer and dryer were great to have. Maureen and Bill were great answering all of our questions. We will definitely consider renting this condo again.

Good place, needs better security

Long Beach has always been our go to place. We enjoyed the room, was able to get in earlier & it was very clean. We did not enjoy the loud music, screams, wild teenagers at 3am on Thursday and Friday night/morning. Security used to be good at Long Beach, but I’m guessing it’s like all the other places in the world & not enough workers. I was sad to see the trash of beer cans, bottles, food wrappers on the beach from the same group of partiers… we all can have a good time but respect the beach and the other guest. LB needs to step up security after midnight.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was great! It was very clean, great views, and very spacious. It was very convenient to all the attractions. It had everything we needed. An added bonus the beds were all very comfortable. The only downside to the condo was the construction going during our stay. They were making repairs from the hurricane last year. So, the 2nd pool was closed and the entrance to the beach was also blocked off. It would of been nice to have known that before we arrived. Luckily, the construction didn’t impact us as bad as the units on the end of tower II. Overall, very pleased with condo, it just would have been nice to have better communication about the construction.

Julie, Thank you for taking the time to write a review of the condo. I am glad to hear that you enjoyed the condo. I do apologize for lack of notification regarding the construction. The dates of your stay was July 06 to July 13. Originally the project entailed repairs to the east side of Tower 2 from the ground level to the 3rd floor. However, we were not given dates on when this would commence. On July 09, I received an email from the Homeowner's Association Office asking me to remove the balcony furniture on the end or 01 units. I immediately went to the office for clarification because this was the first time I was notified that any of the units I managed could potentially be effected. When I got to the HOA office, the project manager for Restore One happened to be there. Restore One is the company that Long Beach had contracted to repair the side of the building. The project manager informed me that when they began their inspection of the side of the building the damage was more than they could initially visually see and that necessitated removing the entire east side of stucco as well as adjacent stucco on the north and south ends of the building which necessitated blocking off other areas of the tower to prevent guests from being injured by potential falling debris. This information was not in the email I received from the HOA. I was just asked to remove balcony furniture from the smaller side balconies of the 01 units. I was extremely upset that the Homeowner's Association would undertake such project in the height of the summer season in July without the proper notification to property managers so that we could adequately inform our guests. Certainly taking care of this issue with the building should have been undertaken in August or September or ideally November and December when the impact to guests would have been significantly minimized. I truly apologize for not making you aware of this. It was certainly a surprise to me that a projected repair of 3 floors of stucco turned into something like this with no notification to property managers concerning the actual scope of the project. Looks SO much bigger in pictures. Clean.

The best thing about that place was the view of the water. I don’t expect to have a stocked kitchen but there was not even salt or pepper in those cabinets. I’ve NEVER seen that in a condo. Ever. It was very aggravating to have make store runs for every tiny thing. The worst was that I never received my parking pass in the mail and when I called the manager, she was extremely rude, wanted me to pay for new parking passes and actually hung up the phone on me. Many people here said that she was a nice manager but I saw a completely different side. To actually hang up on me. It made me start my very needed vacation on a really sour note. She was SO rude to me.

When a guest books a condo, they receive two documents. One is a rental agreement, which was signed by you, which states that you have read and agree to abide by the rental terms and procedures provided. The other document you receive are the rental terms. In the rental terms it states that, "The cleaning staff will leave basic starting supplies in the condo. There will be one roll of toilet paper and one small bar of soap in each bathroom. There will be a trash bag in each trash container and a roll of paper towel and one dishwasher tablet in the kitchen. Guests are responsible for bringing or buying any additional supplies they will need." Unfortunately, it is a health and safety issue to leave any kind of food item in a condo for guests. Your arrival date was 4/4/18. Your parking passes were mailed to you to the address you provided on your rental agreement form on 3/18/18. You had called me while you were in route to the condo on the day of your arrival a couple hours prior to your check in time. Your cell phone connection was cutting in and out and I explained I was having difficulty hearing you. I explained to you that I had not received your parking passes back in the mail and that I was not currently at the resort. I told you that when I returned to the resort around check in time (4:00 p.m. central) I would leave another set of parking passes at the gate in an envelope under your name which I did do. I explained to you that your code had already been set and if you arrived prior to my return, you could purchase a car pass from the security guard at the gate if you wished to access the resort earlier than 4:00 p.m. I can assure you that I did not hang up the phone on you. I would never do that to a guest. If you were left with that impression, I certainly apologize for the misunderstanding.

The condo was very nice and updated. No carpet like some of the units. Very spacious! Looked just like the pictures
