Seeufer-Lodge mit Innenwhirlpool - Schlafmöglichkeiten für 19

Escape to The Derby Lodge, your all-season family and friend’s getaway on the crystal-clear, spring-fed waters of Derby Lake! This spacious lodge sleeps up to 19 guests and is designed for gathering, laughter, and lakefront memories that last a lifetime. Whether it’s a family retreat, friend’s weekend, or a quiet reset, this is where you’ll reconnect and truly unwind.

Step outside to 150 feet of private water frontage, where mornings start with coffee on the deck and end by the fire pit under a canopy of stars. Kids will love splashing in the shallow, sandy section of shoreline—just 1.5 to 2 feet deep—while adults glide across the lake on kayaks and a pedal boat (provided in season). Bring your fishing gear and cast a line for bass or bluegill, or bring your own pontoon to tie up at the private dock!

Inside, unwind in the indoor hot tub—your year-round retreat tucked away in its own dedicated room. The open-concept living area features a soaring two-story stone fireplace, Smart TV, and plush seating—perfect for movie nights or relaxed afternoons together. Upstairs, the loft is ideal for board games, cards, and late-night conversations, while the ping pong table in the garage keeps the fun going for all ages.

The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking for a crowd easy, stocked with everything from a crock pot to a French press and blender. Grill out on the Weber grill, share family-style dinners indoors or in the screened porch, and watch the sunset reflect across the lake while the fire crackles outside.

When it’s time to rest, you’ll find multiple bedrooms and cozy spaces that comfortably sleep up to 19 guests. Whether curling up with a book in the loft bean bag or enjoying peaceful views from the upstairs deck, every spot feels like home.

Families especially love the thoughtful extras—outdoor games, a spacious yard, and free firewood for your first night. Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace make remote work easy, while the quiet setting ensures true relaxation.

You’re close enough for day trips, yet far enough to truly unplug—just 15 minutes to Greenville and only 45 minutes from Downtown Grand Rapids, where you’ll find breweries, restaurants, museums, and entertainment. Nearby attractions also include Tower Mountain Sledding (15 mins), Cannonsburg Ski Area (40 mins), Deer Tracks Junction (30 mins), Anderson & Girls Farm (10 mins), Crystal Motor Speedway (20 mins), multiple golf courses, and the Fred Meijer Trail just 5 minutes away.
