Beautiful home on Chain Lake. Come enjoy Sugar Camps breathtaking views. Red pines were the inspiration for the Pine Cone Place. You instantly feel you have entered the 'North Woods' as you peer out from many vantage points. You can take in the scenery and sip your coffee from every window of its three large living-room spaces. Space is not an issue when staying at the Pine Cone Place. Weather you are overlooking the lake from the great room, relaxing in one of the spacious bedrooms, or having a game night in its exposed lower level, we promise the views of the lake and the pines don’t stop.

As you enter the home, the banquet table is ready to host family style meals together. Its open concept kitchen if fully equipped. Cook your meals while overlooking the lake views from the smaller living room. The kitchen is filled with tableware, waterless cookware, coffee makers, toaster, griddle, and supplies for the family chef to use. If not in the mood to cook, several great restaurants are within minutes. If you’re a steak fan, you must try out the White Stag Restaurant right down the road. We also suggest Pitliks for your Friday night fish fry. If interested in our boat rental, Pitliks has lake side parking!

When it’s time to turn in, you will have to flip a coin to pick your bedroom. All bedrooms have a pillow top matresses for the ultimate nights sleep. The lower level bedroom suite is equipped with a Queen size bedroom set, lake views out of its 5 full length windows, a walk out patio door, and full bath. The first floor master bedroom has a Queen poster bed with walk out patio. The smaller bedroom, also on the first floor, has a Queen size bed. The forth lower bedroom has a King size bed with full views of the lake. Two quick blow up Queen mattresses are available with several places to use them. Much more comfortable than fold up beds.
Box fans are stored in closets if you would need.

Pine cone place is the perfect spot to spend time with family and friends. Reconnecting between the pines is what makes vacations special. You will have three large rooms to relax and congregate in. Break out the board games, watch TV (wifi available) or just visit. The great room is GREAT, and we really mean that! Sink into a cozy spot and take in the 180 degree views. The basement living room is perfect for entertaining with its wet bar and walk out patio. So send the noisy guests down there while you relax and listen for loons upstairs.

Pine Cone Place offers a fully landscaped yard with three separate patio places to sit and take in the fresh air. BYOB (Bring your own boat) if you’d like! Plenty of space to dock at either of our piers. The local boat launch is roughly 10 minutes away. Pine cone place also offers its boat house full of goodies. You’ll find a Canoe, kayaks, and various items to use.

Pine cone place offers plenty of parking space for trailers. The house is on the south end of a 5 Lake, 2300 acre chain of water. Go “get lost” and spend hours of fun exploring.

We enjoy the peaceful winters as much as the warm summers. We are right off the trail, bring your snowmobile and drive for miles!

Our 20' Manitou Pontoon boat with a 60HP motor is available for an extra rental fee.
