Also, the beautifully lit Jacuzzi has a waterfall and special features to give you a wonderful back and body massage.

When you aren't out and about, hanging back at home will be just as much fun with a stunning interior boasting high-end furnishings, mountain-themed decor, and the perfect mix of rustic and modern touches. The open layout of the main living area was designed with entertaining in mind, as a well-equipped kitchen, full bar, and spacious lounge area will greet you with open arms. Mix your favorite cocktail and cozy up on the couch next to the fireplace as the chef of the group shows off their skills on the modern appliances they are used to. The high-speed WiFi will allow everyone to stay connected and stream favorite shows on the mounted flatscreen TV or work remotely if need be.

THINGS TO KNOW
Netflix streaming available (guests need their own account).
It is not necessary to drive to go skiing, or even to Aspen. The shuttles and buses stop across the street, just a few steps from the front door. Uphill goes to the ski area, downhill to Aspen. There are at least 3 different shuttles/buses going up to the ski area.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: Cameras are located at the entrance to the home, around the property out doors and in the foyer/mud room of the home.

Ski shuttle details: Bus Stop is 50 Yards from House and runs every 15 mins until 2AM.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
