This duplex rental property has dedicated AC units, a fenced yard, shared pool area & 3 spaces in the back yard to hang out. The private front balcony is a great space for you to hangout in the morning with some coffee or at night to wine down. The living room, kitchen, and dining table are all blended together with the open floor plan. This gives you plenty of space for the family to spread out over breakfast or lunch. Return to a cool, relaxed home after a hot day on the beach! Lounge by the pool downstairs & enjoy the patio. Plenty of shade all day to catch the cool breeze while BBQ'ing in the charcoal pits out back. The large walk in shower will be great for the kids & the bench inside it is a great plus. The fenced back yard and grass spaces are great for pets & children to play outside.

Please keep doors closed at all times to keep the AC running optimally. The humidity here is very bad if it gets inside the ac unit.
No loud music, no yelling, no running/jumping. Respect the neighbors and they are told the exact same. This is a place to relax.
Clean up after yourself. In the back yard, sun deck, pool area and inside please dont leave things to be cleaned up like trash, food, etc.

Our property is perfect for the people looking to lay back and relax. We have a large living room space that is connected to the kitchen that gives you a chance to connect with each other over your stay. Breakfast, and dinner can be made at home and enjoyed around the TV or on the back deck table. The Back yard space is really the gem here with the large pool, large fenced yard & multiple areas to sit. We like to say we price ourselves affordably between a whole home property and a small group of condos with the amenities available. The pool is large and great for the family! & last but not least we are committed to making your stay exceptional! So please let me know how I can help if the need arises & I will.
