This lakefront property is conveniently located in-between the City of Heber Springs and the town of Greers Ferry. There are restaurants and marinas all within a 15 - 20 minute drive.

Air mattresses and an oversized sleeping sack also available.
The Cottage Sleeps 4 - 1 King, 1 Twin and large chaise and is listed and rented separately. There is plenty of space for all your guest.

There are several native animals displayed inside the home. Deer, coyote, bobcat and more. This property is deeply nestled in the woods and these types of animals still roam the land. A gentle reminder that you are in their territory.

The drive down to our private neighborhood is a gravel road, curvy and very steep. Guest and their company must drive with caution and safety in mind. All renters are responsible and assume all risk of damages while on the private drive and on the surrounding property during their stay. Rental host, property owners and HOA will not be held responsible for any reason. There is plenty of parking available for all.
