Misleading, Uncomfortable, and Poorly Managed Stay
Review:
Our experience was off to a terrible start. There were no instructions at all for where the property was located, no helpful check-in details, and no clear way to contact anyone for guidance. We arrived late at night after a long day of travel, only to waste more time and energy trying to find the place in the dark. When I eventually reached the host, he said he was on vacation and that the “automatic instructions” had failed to send. That’s not an acceptable excuse — ensuring guests can actually find the property is a basic responsibility.
When we finally got inside, we were shocked to find that the pictures shown online are in no way a representation of the actual apartment. The property is far from what the host makes it seem like you are renting — this is misleading, deceptive, and simply wrong.
To make matters worse, the bed in our children’s room (ages 10 and 12) completely broke, forcing them to sleep on the floor for the rest of our stay. I reported this to the host immediately, but received no reply at all.
Between the false advertising, lack of directions, broken bed, unresponsiveness, and overall disorganization, this was a deeply disappointing and frustrating stay. I would strongly caution future guests to avoid this listing entirely.
