Situated on the ground floor, the accommodation is as follows:

- 42 m² living room with TV, sofa bed (90x200) and king-size bed (190x200)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside :
- A collective, unheated 600 m² swimming pool. It is open all year round and equipped with a security system, the code for which will be given to you on arrival.
- A 15 m² covered terrace with furniture and a 9 m² wooden terrace with a dining area. Both terraces face south.
- A private, partially fenced, south-facing 80 m² garden with furniture for enjoying the fine weather.

The studio is ideally located in Saint-François, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
