Tourmaline beach is made up of mostly sandy beaches with easy access to the water.
Tourmaline is a well-known surf spot in the north Pacific Beach area of San Diego and a favorite of many locals.
It goes by many names such as Tourmaline, Tourmaline Surfing Park and Old Man's and has a rich history in San Diego's surf culture and well-known connections to local surfing legends.
Beachcomber 1 has 2 bedrooms, the Primary bedroom has a queen bed, lots of closet space, a smart TV and all the comforts of home.
The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and is perfect for a family of 4. The guest bedroom looks out over the BBQ area.
The living room has a smart TV, game table and very comfortable sofa.
The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs.
Enjoy our lovely outdoor area with propane BBQ, fire pit, and lots of comfortable outdoor seating.
Load up your beach wagon and walk down to the beach without having the hassle of finding a park, staying here, you are truly living the life of a local.

For homes that allow pets there are certain rules that always apply. Pets are never to be left alone in the homes uncrated if they are prone to check, bark or are not house broken. If you plan on spending time away from your pets please find a doggy day care or crate your pet. Any damage caused by your pet is not covered under your damage insurance.
