Sophisticated 3 bedroom apartment

Beautiful and modern 3 bedroom apartment, fully furnished and equipped to feel at home. Great spaces to fit large groups up to 8 people. Excellent and very convenient location with lots of convenient stores, shops, and restaurants nearby. Is a very quiet and traditional residential neighborhood. Is only 20 minutes ride to the airport and 5 minutes away from Chipichape mall center.
Building with elevator and indoor parking.

Amazing apartments

This apartment is an excellent place for vacations, it is close to the Terminal, the airport, shopping centers and you can find food around it.

Family Vacation

Our experience was amazing. The apartment was excellent just like in their description. The area was fantastic very safe to walk around & to explore. Everything was available near by like supermarket, stores, restaurants, & parks. I definitely recommend it for anyone interested in staying in a great apartment & location!

Nice apartment

So well situated, many shops and restaurants near by, 10 minutes away from Chipichape. No mayor issues so we spent a very nice holiday. We will recommend to friends and other family members. Thanks to doña Nelly and Andres Cordero for the hospitality.

A nice place to stay

The place looks exactly as the pictures show. Very nice and elegant really oder style decoration and furniture. Only 2 issues. 1.The TV sand couch ast the living room did not work properly so they were useless during my stay. 2. We did not like the way the person in charge deal with us. It does not feel friendly or helpfull. it make it a problem to return the keys of the apartment making me wate lots of time.

Pictures were not accurate

Communication with the host was very poor. We were traveling to Cali and the host did not answer for 18 hours prior our arrival. No instructions on who will be giving you keys, codes, etc. We showed up to the property and It was a very nice lady, did not speak English at the property that gave us keys and instructions and a basic tour. You have to pay extra for a garage space inside the building and it was informed to us just until we were getting the keys downstairs. The apartment did not have air conditioning with temperatures over 95 F. It was one towel per room. It was a very strong food smell inside the apartment and loud music coming from a radio downstairs. They were cockroaches in the floor of the closets as well as spiders and lizards. We left and did not stay in the property. Finally, once the host was informed that we left, he reached out to us explaining, it was normal for Cali and the rain season to have bugs inside the place. Our children were tired and we could not stay there under these circumstances. It was a not pleasant experience. Thank you, We have travelled with VRBO, Evolve and Others and we did not have an experience like this one before.

First week OK Second week a nightmare

We stayed 2 wks in the 3 bedrooms second floor apartment. Everything was ok the 1st wk. After the 1st weekend a million flies started coming to the apartment, we don’t even know where they come from. I texted the owner ( no always responded right away) told him about the flies. He told me it was a garbage that somebody left in the inside garage that his employee take care of. It wasn’t that the problem because we still killed a lot flies. Later on, my husband find out that the missing ceiling in the master bathroom were the entryway of the flies. When I told the owner he didn’t believe me until he come in person to the apartment. Of course my husband cover it with a plastic bag and tape it. But still flies found a way to escape. Finally, the owner decided to moved us to another 3 bedrooms apartment in the 3rd floor. It was already half of the week. We stayed in a lot rentals in USA and I think they need faster answers and a manual where they post when and where you can put the garbage and instructions to your check out. The wifi password. It need to be more strong to connect more than one device. Some appliances you need to ask like the iron. The showers were really hard to find the right spot for a warm water. When you think you got it then start going cold and so on. We were 6 persons and the service was por four. The good think is that they provide soap for the bathroom and kitchen, towels but no extras. But if you are going to cook be prepared to buy condiments.
