The Space

Welcome to Ti Kaz à Mymy, a 3-bedroom villa with a private pool, located in a sought-after neighborhood of Saint-François, just minutes from beaches, shops, and restaurants. This single-story home of approximately 110 m², set on a fully enclosed and lush tropical garden, offers all the comfort you need for an unforgettable stay.

Inside, enjoy a bright living area with ceiling fans and a fully equipped modern kitchen (oven, stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, complete dishware), perfect for preparing delicious meals to share.

The villa features three air-conditioned bedrooms with storage, including a master suite with its own private bathroom and toilet. A second bathroom and a separate toilet are also available. You will also find books, comic books, games, and a TV for your relaxation.

Outdoor Area

Outside, you’ll be charmed by a large covered terrace with a bar, perfect for meals and drinks. The private saltwater pool (6×3 m), secured, is surrounded by a wooden deck with a pergola to enjoy both shade and sunshine. The barbecue promises great grilled meals and warm evenings under the tropics.

The flat, landscaped garden, fully enclosed and not overlooked, ensures privacy and tranquility.
