Boat trailer parking is available near the landing during the day, with overnight parking in the overflow lot on a first-come, first-served basis. If you prefer added convenience, you’re welcome to store your boat overnight at my private RV site located just 10 minutes away—perfect if you plan to take it in and out each day.

Looking to reserve a slip? Boat slips within Keowee Key are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis through the marinas. For reservations, please contact the North Marina (details below). You can also reserve boats, kayaks, and other watercraft up to one month prior to your arrival.

After booking a reservation and before your check-in, I will send you a form from our Community Liaison. This form is necessary to process your Vehicle Gate app link to assure access into our gated community and so your check-in goes smoothly.

Maximum 2 vehicles, a third may be possible, please reach out to me for approval and parking arrangements. $35 fee for a third vehicle. Please note, charging of electric vehicles is prohibited.

Strollers and carts are allowed to pull items to docks, on all walking trails and in all parks within our community. Please Note: Bikes and other rolling sports equipment are not allowed in our community, nor allowed on any of our paved walking trails, parking areas, and our community roads.

Small fee for renters by the day, week or month, mention you are a renter for renters rates. This Center also has Pickle Ball, an Indoor Pool, Whirlpool and Steam rooms in male and female locker rooms, Exercise Classes, Water Classes, Massage Therapists, Personal Trainers and Rehab Center.

Rentals for for Boat Slips, Pontoom Boats, Paddle Boards and Kayaks available for a small fee, for renters up to 30 days in advance. Mention you are a renter for renter rates. There are numerous Marinas in our community, with numerous rental slips, all on a first come, first serve basis…so mention you are staying in Marina Villas for a chance at a possible slip right by our condo.
