Come relax and enjoy panoramic bay views at our condo in Mission Bay! Make family memories, book a romantic getaway or just kick back and relax. This 2nd floor bayside unit has everything you need for a getaway. You will be just steps away from the Mission Bay boardwalk and one block from the ocean.

THE UNIT: Our 1,250 square feet unit is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo and has 180-degree views of Mission Bay, the Bahia Resort Hotel, Crown Point, and Pacific Beach. Nestled at the end of Mission Beach, we are close to EVERYTHING but far enough away from the busy beach life in the surrounding area. From your private 2nd floor patio, you will be able to view Sea World's seasonal fireworks show!

The spacious master bedroom has a Cal king bed. There is a closet, an adjoining master bath, and a smart TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed and closet. The 2nd full bathroom has a shower/tub. There is floor space to make up beds for small children.

The kitchen has everything you need to cook up a homemade meal, but you can find amazing take-out within walking distance. Sit back and relax on the oversized comfy couches to enjoy views of the bay through the floor-to-ceiling windows. On chilly nights, you can get cozy by the gas fireplace alongside the magical bay night views.

THE COMPLEX: The complex has a secure elevator that brings you right up to the front door of our 2nd floor unit. There is also a staircase that leads right up to the condo from the bayside to make it convenient when enjoying the outside.
The condo comes with one covered parking space. Additional parking can be found on the street. Please note that like most beach housing in San Diego, we do not have air conditioning but we do offer multiple fans for your use.

WHAT’S CLOSE? Everything! We’re one street north of the famous Belmont Park where you will find shopping, dining with sweeping ocean views, entertainment, an indoor pool with an obstacle course, an arcade, roller coaster, mini golf, other rides and more! Near the Bahia Resort Hotel, you will find watersport & bike rentals as well as a fun coffee spot & a fantastic restaurant. There are multiple surf and skate shops to rent gear from as well. The condo is just a five-minute drive to Sea World, a short drive to the San Diego Zoo and also within driving distance is the San Diego Safari Park and Legoland. We are just a few miles from downtown San Diego, the San Diego Airport, and La Jolla's famous tide pools. Almost everything is within a 5-minute walk, including Starbucks!
