This space is perfect for a long weekend getaway or a long-term stay in the SLC area (it’s about 15 minutes from the SLC airport and 15-20 minutes outside of downtown SLC).

This beautiful basement apartment has a seperate entrance on the west side of the house for your privacy which is right in front of where you park for easy & close access.

The suite includes a private full bathroom, washer/Dryer, a full kitchen with full fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and all of your kitchen needs.

The family room & master bedroom have new smart TVs so you could access your streaming accounts.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, desk, and new smart TV. There is a large walk-in closet in the master bedroom where extra blankets, pillows, and a porta crib are stored. The master bed room has a private entrance to the bathroom (Jack & Jill door).

The second bedroom has one queen and a bunk bed.

Children toys and board games are stored in the family room cabinet for extra fun!

Guest Access:
You will have access to parking your vehicle(s) on the west side of the garage. If you have 2 cars please park back to back. Allow room for the upstairs guests to access the driveway. Please do not park on the street. It is a small cult de sac and doesn't allow for good street parking.

Other things to note:
This bright and Cozy basement suite is located in perfect spot of West Jordan. It is in walking distance to the grocery store, fast food, dinning & (Trax) the light rail public transit. Easy access to the major freeways and highways are also a plus.

It is only 24 minutes to the base of the canyons for skiing at Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, & Solitude.

Please not that even with the space being exclusively yours you may at times hear upstairs noise.
