Adjacent is the first of the seven bedrooms, the primary, equipped with a queen bed, private gas fireplace, and a luxurious ensuite featuring a shower and jacuzzi tub. Bedrooms two and three offer a queen bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed respectively.
The ground floor also plays host to a pool table room, boasting a state-of-the-art 75 4K HDTV. In a separate dedicated space, immerse yourself in the world of billiards, under the watchful eyes of an impressive taxidermy collection.

Welcome to the Guests' Rules for The Hidden Estate. Our aim is to maintain a harmonious environment that aligns with local Code Compliance and respects the comfort of all guests. As part of this effort, we've established some friendly but firm and inflexible house guidelines.
1. Maximum Occupancy: 16 guests (12 adults max). Exceeding the limit may result in fines of up to $1,000.
2. Parking: Space for 5 vehicles, including garage access. Exceeding the limit may result in fines of up to $1,000. Has EV car charger (220V outlet, cord is not included!)
3. Pets: Pets allowed (max: 2 pets)
Pets require pre-approval: Post-approval, a $125 fee per pet applies (charged post-booking).
Unapproved Pets: incur a minimum of a $1,000 fine.
Pet Guidelines:
Kennel pets when unattended.
Keep off furniture/beds.
Clean up after them.
Charges apply for pet damages.
Please respect the home and follow the rules, just as you expect timely assistance from us. Many of these rules are city regulations, while others help us maintain the homes in top condition. Our goal is to ensure a great experience for our guests and property owners.

* A/C: Most homes do not have air conditioning. Nights are cooler with open windows. This home does NOT have AC
* Ants: Clean up after meals to avoid attracting ants. We use traps and sprays, but cleanliness is key.
* Trash: Dispose of trash at the designated clean site as required by city regulation.
* Age Requirement: You must be at least 24 years old to book. We do not allow parties. This rule is strictly enforced.

* You must be 24 years or older to book and check in.
* You'll need to sign a Rental Agreement with the Big Bear Good Neighbor Policy (5 minutes). The link with the rental agreement will be sent once the booking is confirmed. It needs to be completed and signed before checking-in. To confirm and maintain your reservation, our Rental Agreement must be completed within 24 hours of booking. Failure to complete the agreement within this timeframe may result in cancellation without refund if the cancellation window has passed.
Please note:
Our standard cancellation policy applies from the moment the reservation is confirmed, not from when the rental agreement is completed. By booking, you agree to complete all required documentation within the given timeframe and to be bound by the cancellation terms.
