Small townhouse community with only 48 total units. Very quiet, with respectful neighbors. Centrally located, so it's easy to get around town. Plenty of nearby grocery stores and other shopping nearby.
Our guests have access to our entire property, with the exception of a locked owner's closet in the garage and another in the hallway inside the unit.

The garage can accommodate two smaller vehicles, or one larger (but not oversized) one.
*Please note- Garage height clearance is 7 feet.

Overnight driveway parking is not permitted, per HOA. Vehicles must park inside garage. Visitor spots available nearby in the complex, but not guaranteed to be available during your stay.

There are bus stops available within walking distance.
