With the beach just an easy stroll across Coastal Hwy., beat the rush and grab your spot early to catch a magnificent sunrise - don't forget to stop at Starbucks on the way over.

The inviting living room offers a TV and plush sofas for cozy ambience and comfortable entertainment after the day's adventures. For at-home meals, the full kitchen is well-equipped with all major appliances and utensils, including a dishwasher for easy clean up. Breakfast bar seating and an expandable dining table offer seating indoors, while the covered deck provides picnic-bench seating. This split-level townhome features upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms. The primary bedroom includes an en suite bathroom and private, waterfront balcony. The second guest room has access to a full, hall bathroom.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
