Parkplätze finden Sie in 500m Entfernung im Parkhaus am Wasserfall gegen Gebühr (es gibt auch einen Wochentarif unter 30 Euro). Oder zahlreiche Parkplätze in der Nähe (gegen Gebühr tagsüber), z.B. hat die Gasteiner Bundesstraße 6 einen Platz mit vielen freien Parkplätzen, nur wenige Schritte entfernt.

Die Wohnung bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Gasteinertal und die Berge (Graukogel, Hüttenkogel). Genießen Sie Ihren Tag oder Abend auf dem großen, sonnigen Balkon und dem schönen Bergblick.
Die Wohnung liegt am Anfang von Bad Gastein und die Altstadt mit ihrem berühmten Wasserfall ist fußläufig erreichbar. Direkt am Mozartplatz finden Sie eine traditionelle österreichische Hütte, Geschäfte und eine Touristeninformation. Innerhalb von 5-10 Gehminuten bietet Ihnen Bad Gastein eine gute und umfassende Auswahl an weiteren Restaurants, Cafés, Bars, Diskotheken und der Felsentherme. Die Skilifte (Stubnerkogelbahn oder Graukogel) sind zu Fuß (10 min) oder mit dem Bus/Auto (2 min) erreichbar. Die Stubnerkogelbahn (Bad Gasteins Hauptlift, 850 Meter entfernt) ist nur 1 Bushalterstelle von der Wohnung entfernt. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Tür. Sie können auch den Skibus nach Sportgastein, Bad Hofgastein oder Dorfgastein nehmen, wo Sie eine Vielzahl von Skigebieten erkunden oder Thermalbäder genießen können.
Auch für Sommergäste ist diese Wohnung ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Wanderungen oder Mountainbike-Touren.

The apartment for 1-5 persons (approx. 30m²) features: a bedroom with a bed (for 2 persons) and a living kitchen with a sofa bed (with mattress for 2 persons) and a sleeping chair, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and ceramic cooktop, coffee maker, kettle, etc., 1 dining table and chairs, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, balcony, elevator. Free Wi-Fi access, ski room. Bedding and towels are included in the price. The tourist tax is 3 € per person per day (children up to 15 years are exempt from the tourist tax) and is not included in the price. Parking can be found 500 meters away in the garage at the waterfall for a fee (there is also a weekly rate under 30 euros). Or numerous parking spaces nearby (for a fee during the day), for example, Gasteiner Bundesstraße 6 has a place with many free parking spaces just a few steps away.

It is located at the beginning of Bad Gastein and the old historic center with its famous waterfall is within walking distance. The Stubnerkogelbahn (Bad Gastein's main lift, 850 meters away) is only 1 bus station away from the flat. The ski bus stop is right outside the door. You can also take the ski bus to Sportgastein, Bad Hofgastein, or Dorfgastein, where you can explore a variety of ski areas or enjoy thermal baths.
