The front patio is equipped with custom made balcony chairs great for enjoying the activity and sun of beach goers. As you go upstairs, you will find 2 spacious bedrooms and a full bathroom. The primary bedroom has a king bed and private second story balcony. The guest room has a queen bed custom made just for the beach. Welcome Home Rentals House Rules:

Primary renter must sign the renter agreement.

All pets must be approved and there is a pet fee. Additional pet fees may apply based on breed, size and number of pets.

All events must be approved.

Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Unauthorized early check ins or late checks outs will be charged $100 per hour fee.

Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 9:00am per City Ordinance enforced by the local authorities. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction.

*Prices exclude minimum $300 security deposit
