The Space:
The Saddle House is ready for your group to check in! Our house is just 5 minutes south and east from Downtown Columbus, and a short drive to the best Columbus has to offer. Enjoy free street parking, as well as parking in the back of our lot.

Our house has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. One bedroom and bathroom are on the first floor, along with a large living room for catching up and relaxing with your group. Also on the first floor is the dinning room, and brand new kitchen.

Upstairs you will find 3 large bedrooms and a new full bathroom. All rooms have been professionally designed to be a bright, boho oasis! Each member of your group will love the unique design of their bedroom.

Don't miss the fully fenced back yard for your furry friends!

The Neighborhood:
Our location is on a quiet street on the East side of Columbus, and a 10 - 15 min drive to OSU , Downtown Columbus, and some of the best Columbus has to offer! Parking spot for 1 is available off street and on the street as well.

Other Things to Note:
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).

PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:

$35 (Less than 5 nights)
$50 (5 - 30 nights)
$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
