Unterkünfte: 3005 qm Ft. des Lebensraums. 3 Balkone mit insgesamt rd. 800 qm Ft. Hauptschlafzimmer mit privatem Balkon, Kingsize-Bett und Queensize-Schlafsofa; 2. Schlafzimmer hat ein Kingsize-Bett und Schlafsofa in voller Größe; 3. Schlafzimmer hat ein Kingsize-Bett und Büro eingerichtet. Zusätzlich haben wir ein Queen-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Es gibt eine Waschküche mit voller Kapazität Waschmaschine und Trockner. (Schlaf bis zu 10). Dieses Gerät verfügt über insgesamt 3 King Size Suiten und 3 Schlafsofas.

Beautiful spacious condo

Condo was very spacious and clean. Pool is kept warm and was very refreshing at the end of a day on the beach. Building and grounds are kept up well. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Spacious unit with a beautiful view

My family and I had a great, week long stay in unit 401. My family and I (6 adults and 3 children) had plenty of space, and the view was beautiful. Overall everything was just as described by the owner. We had a few minor things come up, that Toni helped with immediately. We would stay here again.

Beautiful Condo/Perfect Location

This 3 bedroom Condo fit perfect for 3 couples traveling for Bike Week. Each bedroom had a King bed and the condo was very spacious/clean/beautifully decorated. View from balcony was beautiful. Parking was very easy and was covered which worked out great with motorcycles. Toni was great and very accommodating and responded quickly to questions. Thank you Joanna for sharing your home with us.

Beautiful condo with beautiful views!

We had a wonderful stay at the Ocean Vistas condo. A very spacious, beautifully decorated home away from home. Toni meet us on arrival to take us on a tour of our condo. We had 8 people and had lots of space to spread out. Having 3 & 1/2 baths was wonderful. We loved having so many balconies to choose from! It allowed us to see sunsets and sunrises from our balconies. We had a wonderful week and look forward to staying again in the future!

2023 Daytona Bike Week

Such an amazing stay! Perfect location right on the beach Have been coming to bike week for over 30+ years and this stay was a gem! The condo was perfect and comfortable for the 6 guys that stayed Had all of the necessities for cooking after we shopped and filled the fridge Looking forward to future stays ! Will 100 percent be back ! Communicating with Toni / Joanne was simple and always available Check in was simple and when we asked for a later check out they couldn’t have been more accommodating Our bikes were safe in the garage Honestly don’t have 1 bad thing to say! It was our home away from home but even better

Awesome condo !

Stayed July 13, 2019 Warren & Patricia- Tennessee We had a wonderful vacation!! The property we rented was absolutely breathtaking ! Weather was awesome for the entire week. We had 9 people and we all thoroughly enjoyed the spaciousness of the beautiful condo. The view from the condo and especially the balconies with all the room and furnishings was great. The staff was very informative and was very helpful. We met a lot of wonderful people at the pool that were staying in this facility. We have been to many condos over our vacation years and this one surpasses them all !!! We plan on returning to beautiful Daytona Beach Shores. Thanks for a wonderful stay !

Very Best!

Our family has vacationed at Ocean Vista 4 separate times and absolutely loved it! This particular condo was the very best for our family (although 402 is wonderful if you need a 4 bedroom). This condo has everything you need and the location is just perfect. The balconies (there are THREE) are great as well. The balcony facing the ocean provides a great ocean view yet you never sit directly with the sun beating you; enjoy your coffee in the morning and a drink in the evening without being too hot or blinded by the sun. It is luxuriously decorated. The location in the building could not be better. Almost like having your private building!

Would give 3.5. Unit was great but couple other issues

The unit itself was wonderful and all the preliminary work required and check in was easy and Toni was great when she checked us in. There were two areas I was disappointed in and felt they did not deliver. One is though the unit has a good “ocean view” it is not ocean front. The building is but not the unit. This was something I wanted a nd asked about in the initial contact and was told it was. Secondly we were told we would have two covered parking spots. However there was only 1 and the other possible spot was in the other garage that only had abou 6-7 spaces that were available and filled on a first come basis. No spot was available all days but one and my daughters family with a 5 wk old had to park across the main road in the open on aside street. This created many issues for us and made leaving and returning difficult. For the price we paid for the week of the fourth and having those two issues made it a less enjoyable vacation than we hoped.

Great Week in Ocean Vistas 401

Joanne's condo was the perfect place for my me, my husband, our daughter, her husband and 2 of her sons ages 7 and 14 to spend visiting her oldest son who is a freshman at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Although not ocean front there was an excellent view of the ocean from the large veranda. The condo is beautifully decorated and large enough that we could all have our own bedrooms (two younger boys shared) and bathrooms. The kitchen is well appointed and stocked with many basic needs. We ate in most nights and made good use of the electric grill on the veranda. The younger boys especially liked the heated pool and the beach, spending most of their days out there. Dealing with Joanne and Toni was extremely easy. We look forward to maybe returning again next year.

Perfect

We have gratitude and appreciation to Joanne to open her home to our family. The property is more spectacular than the pictures, it is well equipped like home and communication with Joanne and Tonni was outstanding. The balcony view was a special surprise and the building was maintained to perfection. Our family of 10 was able to spread out yet spending time together was the highlight using the kitchen designed for entertainment. I cannot recommend this property enough. First 5-rating for me and well deserved. Thank you!
