Charming Oasis Steps From the Beach

This is not a rundown rental one might find in a tourist town, but a spacious, bright and airy two story duplex with an open floorplan downstairs and two large separate bedrooms upstairs (each with their own full bath). The primary bedroom is comfy and inviting with a 10 foot high ceiling and ceiling fan. The primary bathroom has custom blue tiles and 2 shower heads in the shower. The primary bedroom also has a covered screened in balcony overlooking the well manicured backyard. Perfect for coffee in the morning, surrounded by palms, or your new favorite place to read in the afternoon. There is also a screened-in patio just off the living room, providing shade and privacy while you gaze at the flora and fauna.

The outdoor space is filled with palm trees for shade and succulents for beauty. Your private oasis is laid out with a mix of pavers & stones and a 6 foot fence around the perimeter ensures your privacy. Many comfortable outdoor chairs are provided for sunning or relaxing in the shade. A table and chairs with a large umbrella is also located in the rear for dinning al fresco. A gated entrance on the side yard allows access to a paver walkway that leads to the front door as well as to the backyard. Along this walkway you will find an outside shower with hot and cold water, perfect for washing the sand off after a visit to the near-by beach.

The gourmet kitchen's focal point is the stunning, sea-green granite counter top. The large island and 4 person kitchen nook is beautiful. The kitchen is with full amenities, boasts a half bath, and is where the gathering can begin and end the day.

There are only 3 structures between you and the beach, so accessing the sandy dunes will be quick and easy every time. Forgot something back at the house? No worries. You are that close, you can stroll right back. Your beach, Float Beach, is wide and deep. Plenty of to room to set up a blanket and chairs and not have to worry about close proximity to anyone else. The shore offers excellent fishing, plenty of room for a stroll and countless, beautiful and exotic shells to collect with each new tide. A perfect location to view launches from the cape or the various cruise ships setting sail from the port.

When not using your beach you are minutes away from Port Canaveral with a variety of restaurants, fresh seafood markets, and of course, Cruise Ships. You can stay in Cape Canaveral but hop on a cruise and float down to the Caribbean. This is a historic beach town, so you have everything you desire along the main road: ice cream, pizza, put-put golf. The Cape also boasts creative restaurants, theaters and the amenities of a larger city. You are also one hour away from the Orlando area theme parks.

Our beloved beach house is primarily rented for 2 to 3 Winter months to Snowbird renters only. The calendar is open to include one or two other renter, per year. This is not a run down rental used by tons of people, but a cherished and special place to our family. We hope you decide to stay with us!
