This studio has a stylish interior;
The living/dining area is all inclusive. It has a grey sofa, a coffee table, a large TV unit with a smart TV on top so you can enjoy your favorite shows. That, in addition to multiple wall arts, decorations and plants.
The sleeping area includes a wardrobe, a king-size bed, dressed with fresh linens and mustard-yellow bedcovers, surrounded by night tables with lamps, and facing a makeup vanity desk with a mirror on top.
From within this large room you can access a private balcony, furnished with a small table and two chairs, for your to enjoy your morning coffee with fresh air. The large wall-to-wall window glass is covered by room-darkening shades and lets in natural light.

The kitchen at the apartment is beautifully decorated with beige granite countertops, wooden cabinets, and two high chairs. It is fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay, including cooking basics, dishes and silverware, hot water kettle, microwave, oven, refrigerator, toaster, wine glasses, stove, and a coffee machine.
There is also one full bathroom beautifully paved with white bricks. It includes a toilet, a wash basin, and shower cubicle, as well as amenities such as cleaning products, hot water, hair dryer, towels, soap, toilet paper, and more.

The apartment is equipped with safety equipment, such as carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, smoke alarm, and first aid kit. It also has WIFI and central air conditioner throughout the space. That, in addition to an iron, and a washing machine.

Safeer Tower 1 is a residential building located in Business Bay, Dubai. It is a mid-rise tower that has 16 floors above the ground. Residents of Safeer Tower 1 enjoy views of the Dubai Creek and Burj Khalifa. The tower has a dedicated parking for residents, as well as four high-speed elevators, CCTV in common areas, and security staff round the clock. Facilities in the tower include a gymnasium, as well as children’s play area.
The tower is surrounded by major landmarks such as Dubai Mall Fountain, Dubai Garden Glow, Splash ‘n’ Party.
Those who reside in Al Safeer Tower 1, Business Bay will find the location ideal for commuting as the tower is accessible via two main roads: Al Khail Road and Sheikh Zayed Road. Just 1.5km from Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building, Business Bay lies on the Dubai Canal, a waterway flowing from the Dubai Creek at Deira and out to sea again at Jumeirah Beach. Major attractions in the area include: Bay Avenue, Mountain Extreme, BLU Dubai, The Office Dubai, Royal Vision Tourism, Cozmo Yachts, Brainscape Games, and a variety of museums and restaurants.
Business Bay Dubai is well connected to two of the most-used highways in the city; in the north, it is connected to Sheikh Zayed Road and in the south, there is the Al Khail Road. There is also an exit leading directly onto the Downtown Boulevard.
