2 bedrooms and 1 bath Gorgeous Furnished Condo. Second-floor unit located across from the NE Baptist Hospital with easy access to loop 410, bus line and close to the airport. Well lighted living and dining room with a big kitchen. This Condo has also a beautiful small balcony with access from both bedrooms where you can relax after your day or just sit and enjoy the fresh breeze. Quiet community surrounded by matures trees.

***SWIMMING POOL RULES***
- We will proved you with wrist bands that must be worn at all times to prevent non-residents from using the pool.
- No lifeguard on duty, you use the pool at your own risk.


Be respectful of others keeping the pool area clean and the noise to a minimum in order not to disturb the other owners.

1. Pets are not allowed in the pool area for sanitation reasons. This is a state law.

2. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or an adult supervisor. Their safety is your responsibility alone. This responsibility should not be left to older children. If you have a small child in the pool an adult needs to be in the pool attending the child.

3. All bathers must wear swimsuits, no other type of clothing is allowed in the pool. This means: No cut-offs, jeans, tee shirts, etc.

5. Glass containers of any kind will not be permitted in the pool area. This is a state law, as glass containers are potentially dangerous. Only plastic containers will be permitted. Taking any kind of food or drinks in the water is prohibited, please put trash and cigarette butts in.

If you need to reach us at any time through phone call text message or WhatsApp we can be available. Be mindful that we do have a toddler and full times jobs so if you text during late works during the night we may not respond until the next day.

Recreational activities near the condo are plentiful. Discover 5 parks within 6.5 miles, including Tobin Park, James Park, and Longhorn & Western Railroad.

Located in Uptown San Antonio provides easy access to San Antonio International airport, located just 7 minutes away. 15 minutes to the Riverwalk downtown, 10 minutes to The Gorgeous Pearl Area. Also centrally located to have easy access to most shopping malls as La Cantera, River Center, and North Start.
