****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.
You will be welcomed by large, brightly colored town homes with large front porches and brick sidewalks that are reminiscent of a Charleston, SC neighborhood. Lighted quiet streets lend themselves to romantic early evening strolls as you take in the neighborhood, the views of the water that surrounds the island on 3 sides and of course those fabulous Ocean City sunsets. During the day, kids can be seen riding bikes on those same streets and enjoying the open play area throughout the community. This year-round community features a clubhouse with an indoor and outdoor pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, private beaches, a community boat ramp, boat slips, a fishing/crabbing pier, shoreline walking paths and even interactive water fountains for the kids. If that wasn't enough, there is also a general store, a cafe and a restaurant located right on the shores of the bay! Located just 1.5 blocks from the beach, this Sunset Island is ready to make this your best Ocean City vacation ever!
This beautiful 3 BR 2 BA unit features are large living room couch for the family to relax and watch TV. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to cook those cost saving meals at home and there is plenty of dining space for everyone to enjoy the meal together. The main bedroom has a king size bed along with a private bath. Bedroom two has a queen bed. The third bedroom had two bunk beds along with a trundle and is a kid favorite. There is a full-size washer and dryer and free wi-fi. In the evening, be sure to relax and enjoy the water view from the balcony!

* The community resort fee includes parking for 2 cars and 6 pool passes. The price is as follows 1/1 to 4/30 = $75, 5/1 to 5/24 = $110, 5/25 to 9/6 = $150, 9/7 - 9/30 = $110 and 10/1 to 12/31 = $75. Additional pool and parking passes may be purchased at $70 each and are on a first come first served basis. These fees will be due at the time of check-in at Sunset Island. We are not responsible for any changes/ differences in community fees or changes in pool operation/ closures.

* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Parking for 2 vehicles- one in a covered garage and one spot outside of the garage.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors, individuals, or groups under 30.

* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 67th street.
* The private Sunset Island beaches do not allow 4 post canopies or coverings.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
