Perfect location, perfect house!

We came for my sisters wedding and needed a comfortable place to stay that would be close to everywhere and we truly hit the jackpot with this house. It was so clean, the beds were all comfortable, there were plenty of pillows, towels, washcloths, etc. for everyone and some extras. The check in and check out processes were a breeze and the hosts were responsive and communicative. We loved our stay and would absolutely come back if we are in the Mount pleasant area again.

Perfect spot for family gathering!

We were in town to celebrate our grandsons HS graduation. The house was perfect....situated in a peaceful neighborhood, absolutely awesome backyard and pool, breezy screened in porch and plenty of room to spread out. Would definitely recommend for your stay.

Beautiful Mt Pleasant Home

We loved our stay! The house is extremely comfortable and well stocked - the screened in porch and backyard were highlights. Ample towels, comfortable beds, and plenty of space for our party of six. The house is about a 20 minute ride into Downtown Charleston making a great jumping off point for a vacation to Charleston and the surrounding beaches.

Perfect location and sweet house

First time visitors to the area and we will definitely be back. I had 17/18 yr olds up to my mom of 87. The house was really great, hosts were very responsive and kind. The location is amazing, just down from the beach and easy to get to all the other islands. We thoroughly enjoyed the backyard but also had enough room to separate the adults from the kids when needed. Also very nice neighbors which is great. Highly recommend this house!

Great amenities

The house was clean and check in was effortless. There's more space than you think and the outside amenities were great. The property is very close to the Mount Pleasant town center where you'll find a grocery, Target, and several restaurants. You're also only about 10 minutes from the beach.

Beautiful Home

This beautiful home had all we needed and more. The home was clean and very roomy and the back enclosed porch was perfect, along with the spacious backyard and the pool was a bonus. Beds were beds were very comfy. The neighborhood was very nice. We took several walks around with my grandchildren and the people were very friendly. All the stores are minutes away which was very convenient. Our next stay in Mt. Pleasant will definitely be here. Thank you Peter and Cindy for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

It was absolutely our best family trip ever! The house, pool and neighborhood were just perfect. We spent the majority of our visit in the backyard with our grandkids in the pool and hung out in the backyard and screened porch. Initially, I thought our adult children would venture into Charleston (and we would babysit) but that never happened. Everyone just stayed home and spent time together. Thank you for the much needed reset. We’ll never forget it

End of Summer Fun

The description of this place is exactly what it is- a family friendly home that is an easy 5 minute drive to IOP. This home was perfect for our family of 5. Check in was easy, great communication with the owners, well designed/furnished, comfortable beds. I also appreciated that the home had essentials, such as, laundry pods, trash bags, plenty of bath towels, etc. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your lovely home.

Great location

We had a great stay here for the second half of our trip. We stayed on Isle of Palms for the first half of the vacation to spend a few days on the beach then headed here to have an relaxed location that was easy to get in and out of Charleston, Daniel’s Island and to the airport. Peter was there for anything we needed. I thought the pool was heated but not sure it was functioning but it didn’t matter as we had warmer weather and were still able to enjoy it for a relaxing last day. The house was clean and as a plus had plenty of toys to keep our two year old occupied.

Great Family Time

We were in town for a conference for my husband's job. So the kids and I thoroughly enjoyed the screened porch as well as the open porch and pool area. The playhouse ended up being older than the pictures led you to think but still fun! Pool was clean and fairly warm to be November. Beds were very soft and comfortable. Two living areas downstairs gave lots of space for everyone to spread out. Laundry room had a baby changing station which was helpful for us. The neighborhood was ok. Nothing made us feel unsafe. We would stay here again!!

Just right!

This is the 4th VRBO home my family has stayed in over the past 10 years of summer visits to Mt. Pleasant. My family consists of me, my daughter, my son, his wife and 14 year-old grandson. We all agree that this house is our favorite. Three bedrooms upstairs with two baths and two living areas downstairs with half bath worked out well. My grandson enjoyed having his own space with pull-out bed and TV for his video games. The pool and landscaping in the back yard is very appealing. The screened in porch with large fan was a favorite area for reading. There's an outdoor patio/deck for dining and a gas grill for cooking seafood! The kitchen is large enough for several people and adequately stocked with the basic cooking needs. You might want to bring your own skillets. The owner was contacted about a small bathroom leak and promptly came over and repaired it himself.
