This beautifully appointed condo blends coastal charm with all the comforts of home. Inside, you'll enjoy free Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a spacious living room with plush seating that invites you to unwind. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare delicious meals for your family, making it the perfect space for home-cooked meals together.

Step through the sliding doors onto your private oceanfront balcony – a serene haven equipped with high-quality furniture where you can gather with loved ones to enjoy the endless views of the ocean and listen to the waves gently rolling onto the sugar-soft sand below. The beach is just a few steps away, with direct access via the community’s private beach walkover.

Spring break

It was the perfect vacation for Spring Break. The condo was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was beautifully decorated and I liked that it had beach towels and beach chairs. An added touch would have been to have a sun shade for the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay!

Enjoyed the condo and the laid back atmosphere the area has. The condo was nicely decorated and large balcony was a plus! The only small suggestion I have is to update some of the cookware and check the fan in the room with the bunk beds; we could not get it to work. Overall we loved it and have already booked it for another week later in the year.

Best location near St Augustine

This is the best location with the Atlantic Ocean to the east and the inter coastal waterway directly to the west. Spectacular view of the beach and ocean from the large balcony with nice furniture. The condo was very clean with plenty of towels, dishes, and closet space. Comfortable beds. The private dock directly across the street on the inter coastal is perfect for fishing or watching the sunset. Close enough to the action in St Augustine yet far enough away for a quiet beach.

Better than expected!

This was a boy senior trip with a group of families. Several of us stayed at the complex. It was wonderful, this particular condo was the best decorated and had the best views out of them all. It was clean, updated. The beds were comfy. The patio chairs were perfect to watch the sunrise. This condo you get both, sunrise ocean side and open the door and get inlet sunset! Beach chairs provided. And just a short walk to the beach, which was clean and hardly anyone there. Great places to eat close or a short drive to St Augustine beach or historical town. Would highly recommend again! We loved it!

I am sorry that we and the HOA do not allow emotional support animals. We do, of course, allow certified SERVICE animals that are trained for a specific skill. This is an HOA rule, and one we have to abide by as a company that manages one of the properties under the HOA.

The only issue was the 2nd bedroom shower wasn't working, so the four of us had to share one shower (which delayed some of our getting out to evening dinners, shopping, etc. throughout the week). Unfortunately a plumber did not arrive to fix it until Friday (our last day), so the girls got to use the shower once for the week. Otherwise, our stay was perfect...

Relaxing Week at the Beach

The Ocean View is amazing with gorgeous views of the sunrise. The Apartment was beautiful, comfortable & updated. Bath & Kitchen Towels provided as well as basic toiletries. All appliances worked well. Plenty of outdoor seating on the balcony. It is located on a quiet & less busy section of beach about a 20 minute drive to downtown Saint Augustine. Plenty of restaurants & coffee shops in driving distance. The elevator was under repair for 3 days, so the stair climb up was doable, but steamy in the August heat. Otherwise, highly recommend this location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was very comfortable for 4 of us. It was clean and they supplied exactly what they said they would. It was nice to have a garage for parking. The only negative couple of things was the pool was closed while we were there as it didn't pass inspection. People still got in it, but we didn't feel comfortable doing that. They kept saying the inspector should be back out any time. The other thing was all the beach chairs that were there were broken. We weren't promised any beach supplies, so no worries. We did go and buy chairs and an umbrella and left them there. Overall it was a wonderful trip!! St. Augustine is lovely and charming. I would definitely stay in this condo again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was force to leave condo early because they were turning off power to elevator. We were on 4th floor. Left 4 days early. Received email from vrbo stating I would receive refund from them and from host and partial refund from condo owners. Told to contact host. He would not answer phone. Told if host did not reconcile loss they would take over problem. I called vrbo and they said host will call me within hour. Two days later no contact. It had been two weeks and nothing. I have brother who is attorney and was told NY him if this is not resolved soon he would file suit for the refund. I am going to take him up on his offer.

John and Kelly, In point of fact, we absolutely DID refund you more than 50% of your stay. It was processed to the card you booked with, and does often take 4-5 business days to work through the system. I am sorry you were forced to leave due to the elevators being shut down by the HOA...this is a standard practice in our area, due to the fact that if the elevators are left working, the shafts can flood and short out the electrical systems. I did also explain this to you in person prior to your early departure. I also clearly explained that there was a mandatory evacuation of the island, in which all access to emergency services would be stopped when they closed our bridges. With regards to not answering our phones...again, hurricane. Cell service was down all over the place, I am sorry for this.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Windjammer 402 is lovely unit in a nice private condo community. We have stayed at this same unit for many years. It’s clean, comfortable, relaxing and close to many area attractions. It has everything you need for a fabulous vacation whether you want to sit in the sun or explore St. Augustine.
