A covered wraparound deck offers a shady alfresco lounge with sweeping views. Locally inspired decor and rustic-chic accents complete the mountain aesthetic, while a bumper pool table and flat-screen TVs provide hours of amusement.

LIVING AREA

Unwind on plush seating in the living area and screen a new film on the smart TV. A game table for four converts to a bumper pool table and a felt-top card table. Light the electric candles for extra allure.

KITCHEN & DINING

Home chefs will appreciate the modern kitchen, appointed with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. A well-stocked coffee bar is ideal for crafting your morning brew.

When it’s time to eat, gather around the table for up to ten in the dining area.

BED & BATH

This two-story home sleeps up to seven guests in three bedrooms.

The master bedroom boasts a queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV with Roku. The en-suite bathroom features a tub/shower combination.

The second bedroom holds a queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV. The en-suite Jack-and-Jill bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

The third bedroom is outfitted with a twin-over-full bunk bed and a flat-screen TV with a video game console.

A half bath provides added convenience.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Take in stunning views on the wraparound deck. Sway peacefully in a rocking chair as burgers sizzle on the gas grill. Fully covered and equipped with ceiling fans, the deck is a comfy retreat in any season.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. A collection of DVDs and board games is provided in the rental. Gaming station with 843 games.

Parking is available for three cars in the driveway. The driveway is narrow; parking in tandem may be necessary to accommodate larger vehicles.

Access to this rental is via a short flight of exterior stairs.

Enjoy a prime location, offering easy access to the best of Gatlinburg! Travel 2 miles to the Roaring Fork Motor Trail. Cruise alongside idyllic Great Smoky scenery or pull off to hike one of the rewarding mountain trails.

Make the 1-mile trip to downtown Gatlinburg to discover local eateries and fascinating museums. Get a bird’s-eye view of the mountains on an aerial tramway.

Drive 8 miles to Pigeon Forge to visit Dollywood or check out unique attractions in town.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
