The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living room offers ample, comfortable seating with beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico, a large flat screen television, a pull-out sofa, and access to the unit's private balcony where you can dine overlooking the beach. There is also an indoor dining table that seats 4 and extra bar counter seating for 4 additional guests. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen television, and its own private ensuite. The bunk room, perfect for traveling with children, includes a second full bathroom with walk-in shower. The unit also has a washing machine and dryer.

- There is an additional one-time Registration Fee of $40 (subject to change) required to be paid prior to arrival. This Registration Fee also includes 1 parking pass. This fee is in addition to the reservation fee and is paid directly to the resort. A link for registration and payment will be provided via email prior to your arrival. A second Parking Pass may be purchased for an additional $40, except from June 29-July 27. During this period, only 1 vehicle is permitted. No additional on-site parking is allowed due to HOA restrictions. Additional parking is available in a nearby public lot with a daily or weekly fee.
- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We provide only a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.
