Das ist schön "Lake Tarpon Villas 'Eigentumswohnungen. Das komplett eingerichtete Wohnung befindet sich auf Lake Tarpon von einigen der beliebtesten Golf Strände und Sonnenuntergänge in der Welt 10 Minuten Ost. Wir sind auch nur wenige Minuten vom Clearwater Marine Aquaruim wo man sich treffen kann 'Winter des Dolphin' unseren Weltstar aus dem Film "Dolphin Tale".

Diese reizende Komplex ist von Wasser und Holzstege, ein hervorstechendes Merkmal für den Frieden und die Ruhe umgeben. Diese zweite Etage Eigentumswohnung verfügt über einen zugewiesenen Parkplatz in der Nähe der Haustür mit Gästeparkplätze sind in der Rückseite. Patio der Wohnung der mit Blick auf den Pool-Bereich, private Bootsanlegestelle, und Ihre eigenen 19 Fuß Ponton-Boot für Ihren Einsatz. Es gibt einen großen beheizten Pool und ein Sechs-Personen-Jacuzzi. Dort finden Sie auch einen Wäschezentrum mit Waschmaschinen und Trockner für die Nutzung in der Nähe des Pools. Haben alle Ihre zu einer Zeit und nehmen Sie an einem erfrischenden Sprung in den Pool, während Sie warten.

Es wird eine zusätzliche Terrasse aus dem Schlafzimmer, die eine Wendeltreppe, die bis zu einem privaten Sonnendeck zum Sonnenbaden bietet. Es gibt ein Kingsize-Bett im Schlafzimmer und ein Doppelbett im Gästezimmer für zusätzliche Familie oder Gäste. Das Familienzimmer verfügt über ein Schlafsofa Queen-Size-hide-a-Bett, zwei in Komfort und schlafen. Das Gerät ist ideal für vier Erwachsene und zwei Kinder.

Lake Tarpon ist etwa vier Meilen lang und 2 Meilen breit und ist für auf der besten Bass Fishing Seen im Bundesstaat bekannt. Der See ist ideal für Bass-Angeln und Wasserski. Enjoyed it very much.Couple things.Water drains very slow in the master bathroom.And we were curiosu about the roof top and the spiral stairs. The rotted wood up there was not a good look but as long as the roof/ceiling in that room doesn't leak (it didn't for us), its not a show stopper for your property.Overall, it was great. Would stay again. Thank you.

Perfect Weekend getaway

The condo was very nice. Just the right size for my husband and I. Close proximity to Tarpon Springs and Clearwater Beach area. The pontoon was such a great bonus, we really enjoyed it. Mattress on the King size bed was extremely comfortable. We had the perfect long weekend getaway, very relaxing!

Paul and Amy were very helpful with questions we had. The highlight of our trip was taking family out on the pontoon boat to Tarpon Turtle for lunch. It’s a small complex and very quiet.

Grandparents weekend

Wonderful stay. We have granddaughters living in the area and this location was perfect. The boat was amazing. Paul was perfect to deal with and he made sure we knew everything we needed to know to drive the boat. The condo was updated and had everything we needed. I certainly hope we can rent again.

Condo with a boat can't be beat!

Online description was accurate and the hosts were attentive when we needed help. They were just a text or phone call away. We enjoyed cruising on the pontoon boat over to a restaurant for dinner a couple of evenings. The property was conveniently located with short drives to Tarpon Springs, Dunedin and St Petersburg. We would stay there again.

Had a Great Time

The boat was perfect for cruising around the lake. Docked and ate at Tarpon Turtle Bar & Grill. Saw lots of wildlife, birds, turtles, gators. Fishing was okay. Condo was clean and everything worked fine. Would definitely recommend it for 2 to 4 people wanting to relax and enjoy Lake Tarpon.

Enjoyable

We had a wonderful time. Very spacious & clean place. It was a nice addition to be able to use the pontoon. There is a nice restaurant on the lake where you can dock the pontoon. Unfortunately during our stay the hot tub/spa by the pool area was unusable during the entire month & the pool was not heated.

Awesome getaway

This trip was for myself and my twin teen boys celebrating their graduation and 14th bdays. Absolutely perfect. Owner super cool guy, attentive with any questions, condo beautiful and great location. Pontoon boat a must and EVERYTHING you need from fishing, cooking, to beach days. Parking and complex clean and safe. Definitely coming back. Thank you for a great experience 💕

Relaxing vacation starts here!

My husband and I, along with our adult sons spent a week in this comfy condo. From the close parking space to the great view of the pool, inlet, boat from the lanai we were very pleased. Two great bedroom. Two full baths, a patio with private rooftop access, living and kitchen area , we absolutely felt relaxed. There are plenty of things you can use for the beach or pool available! Proximity to beaches, shoppings, parks, and other activities. The neighbors here are welcoming and I will absolutely book again!

Nice location, very comfortable property, Pontoon Boat a bonus!

Property was easy to find, close to all kinds of shopping. Very clean and comfortable. The host is very nice and helpful. He provides plenty of towels, fishing rods and tackle..The pontoon boat was in great shape, well taken care of...and was a great way to see the lake. We took the pontoon to Tarpon Turtle and docked for lunch several times.. Clean pool . Parking was close to unit...We would stay here again for sure... thanks Paul... hope to see you again soon..

Best vacation EVER

We’ve found our new vacation spot and we’re already planning our trip for next year. We traveled with our theee children (13,5,3) and this home for us perfectly the kids loved their bedroom and our teenage daughter enjoyed the huge pullout couch setup. My wife and I enjoyed our private balcony and upstairs sun deck (we kept those areas secret and the kids never found them) we called that our vacation from vacation spot and if you have small children you understand exactly what I’m talking about! The boat really made this vacation over the top and we enjoyed it almost every day we were here. The kids loved the pool as well and was a great place to unwind and rinse off when we’d get back in from the lake. Plenty of good restaurants and beaches nearby as well but the perfect distance from the over populated Clearwater area. Paul the owner was great and made sure we had everything we needed to make sure our vacation was perfect 10/10 would recommend this to others (already have friends booking their family vacation here as well)

Spacious and well stocked

We had a nice stay at this condo. The inside of the condo is decorated nicely and well stocked with everything you would need, down to a whole closet of beach/fishing gear. We really appreciated that. The condo was fairly clean, minus the floors and the outside porches. Luckily, there was a vacuum there. The porches could use a pressure washing. The exterior of the entire condo/apartment complex left a lot to be desired, really dated and in need of some maintenance, it left a bad first impression. The pool at the complex was great, our kids loved it and the covered patio at the pool kept the adults dry during a couple sporadic rain showers. The host was very responsive to my questions/inquiries.

Absolutely Spectacular

Our Vacation was amazing, and this beautiful property helped to make it so. A beautiful Two (2) bedroom, and sleeper sofa (easily sleeps 6). Full Kitchen, Two Bathrooms (perfect for when you man is hogging the bathroom). The location is beyond perfect. If your truly looking for a perfect vacation location, look no further. 30 Minutes from Clearwater, Florida. Bleached White Sand, crystal clear Ocean, and amazing nightlife. Ninety (90) Minutes West, Orlando (perfect day trip). Disney, Sea World, Universal Studios all within a 2 hour drive. Did we mention the use of a Pontoon Boat, and some amazing Bass Fishing on the Lake (yes docked right behind your place). Your literally 15 steps from your a boat. If your looking for a great vacation spot, this is it! We will definitely be booking again. BTW, we had a wonderful Sixth (6) Wedding Anniversary, and thank you for that special touch. It made for a very fun evening. Thanks
