There is a fully equipped kitchen with crisp white cabinetry, stainless-steel appliances, and a granite countertop that you could cook any gourmet meal on. The living room offers beautiful furnishings, including a queen sleeper sofa, flat screen 75" Smart TV. The master bedroom is peaceful and comfortable, with a King bed and brand new mattress as of March 2024, a flat screen Smart TV, and direct access to the screened porch. After a long day on the beach, come back and take a long hot shower in the beautiful walk-in shower. Every day you can enjoy the sunrise AND the sunsets on the screened in porch with endless ocean views.

**ATTENTION GUESTS: During high tide there is minimal beach available for beach walking or lounging. Some neighboring complexes may have sand bags out to protect their dunes from erosion. Please do not attempt to walk on the dunes or sand bags.**
