One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

A Jazzy Weekend

The property was perfect. The location was great for the event I was attending. The only problem I had, was learning to operate the thermostat. I definitely would recommend this property as a great place to stay.

Beautiful beaches Challenging stay

This is the second year me and my family have stayed at this property. It is the first year at this condo. The ice maker did not work, sinks were stopped up, and the elevator situation was crazy. We stayed on the 21st floor in the East wing and the lines to get to the elevator were crazy. 5 days for nearly 3k is not pocket change. So ice and running elevators should not be a luxury. The staff were very kind and helped when they could.

Expected basics

We travel a lot & often book via VRBO & PCB is a fave for fall break. We have minimal expectations & unfortunately those were not met with this condo & property management company. Check-in info was provided prior & check in process was smooth. Condo on the surface was clean however we were without 1 of the 2 showers for a day & a half & were forced to use 1 shower for 8 people until maintenance came. I had to make multiple phone calls! 7 bath towels & 2 wash cloths were provided for 8 people. Thank goodness for the use of washer & dryer. We were told no beach towels were provided so we did bring our own. Previously, I had read one of the reviews about the ice maker not working & assumed they had corrected that since it had been months since that review but unfortunately they did not! Ice maker made about 10 cubes the entire week while there. We were without a kitchen sink for 2 days as they had to replace it & again multiple calls were made for this issue. Most of the reps that answered could have cared less. The kitchen was decently stocked however they lacked having pans to use. They had 1 but it was of no use as it was worn out. The issues we experienced are not luxuries & should have been in working order prior to our arrival. We understand things can go wrong however their customer service lacked. We will return however we will more than likely look for private owner condos as we’ve had better experiences & responses from private owners.
