During the summer, rent a boat for the day to take your crew for a cruise. When the snow starts to fall, head to Wisp Resort for skiing and snow tubing. Thrill seekers can check out the Adventure Sports Center's man-made river where experienced guides lead exciting white-water rafting trips. You're also not far from historic downtown Oakland.
