The Space
Welcome to a beautiful two-story townhome in the suburb of Lithonia, GA, offering a stylish living space for up to 4 guests.
The living room is a cozy haven where you’ll find sink-in-and-relax type sofas and sofa recliners and a wall-mounted Smart TV to kick back and rest your feet and watch your favorite shows. High-speed Wi-Fi in the home also makes it easy to stay connected.
There’s a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials so you can prepare meals at home, which is a great money saver! You'll also find a luminous dining area near the window to enjoy meals together.
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a half bathroom for added convenience. The first bedroom on the second floor features a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom, and the other two bedrooms feature plush queen-sized beds.
There’s also a backyard where you can relax and enjoy the outdoors.

It’s also important that you list all guests included in the reservation at the time of booking. Additional visitors must be approved in advance.

This is a self-check-in property using a door code for entry. Codes will be sent to you before your arrival.
You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message.
The Neighborhood
Lithonia is a residential suburb near I-20 with various options for food, shopping, and nightlife and near the Mall at Stonecrest. For outdoor lovers, there’s the Arabia Mountain National Heritage Area, which encompasses over 40,000 acres of natural wonders, history, and state parks. And you’ll be just 17 miles east of downtown Atlanta and Mercedes-Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, the Aquarium, and tons of nightlife, partying, and loads of dining options to enjoy!
Getting Around
The Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) is located about 25 miles from the property.
There’s parking in the driveway for 1 car, and if you’re not coming by car, there are plenty of transportation options. You can take a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft or go by taxi. If you prefer public transportation, there are train/subway and Marta (bus) transportation options too.
Other things to note
Please note the following important information before booking:
This is Georgia! There are a lot of wooded areas. Please be aware that bugs may be seen. And while we do have pest control scheduled quarterly, bugs can still get into the home. This is out of our control, and NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. It’s best not to leave any open food out to minimize any insect visitors. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
We do not provide daily housekeeping services. However, the property will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, and basic essentials such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and hand and body soap will be provided to get you started.
Please do not flush feminine products (i.e., tampons) or wipes in the toilet. Please use the waste basket provided. Also, do not put food or grease down the kitchen sink. A $300 charge will apply if the sink or toilet becomes clogged.
Please don’t use the towels for makeup removal. Makeup stains are very difficult to clean, and we need to charge for makeup-stained sheets and towels.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
Surveillance cameras are located in outdoor common areas and public spaces and are strictly for security reasons to ensure guests' safety.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- Guests with no prior reviews will need to send a copy of their driver's license or government-issued photo ID to complete and confirm their reservation.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, vaping, etc.) is allowed inside the home. There is a smoke detector inside, and if evidence of smoking/vaping is discovered, there is a $250 penalty. Also, the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited.
- Parties/events are not permitted without advanced approval. Restrictions apply.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person fee and/or immediate cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without refund. No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Check out is at 11 AM. Unapproved late checkouts are subject to a $50 fee.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.
