Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to enjoy. 20 minutes from downtown Atlanta, this retreat-like home will feel like you're far away from the city! This home-away from home is family-friendly and the perfect place to host holidays and family gatherings. Atlanta Zen Retreat #3 is just as relaxing and peaceful as our sister properties. We offer the highest level of hospitality and quality amenities, you will not want to leave!
The space
Featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a sofa sleeper, everyone will be comfortable and get a good night's rest! There are also 2 extra beds at the living room featuring 1 Queen Memory Foam Pull-out Couch and 1 Queen Air Mattress.
Our fully renovated kitchen is the perfect place to cook and enjoy coffee in the mornings. Kids can run around in the backyard and sprawl out in our open living room. Tv's are located in the all the bedroom and living room with our beautiful fireplace for easy access for a family movie night.
Guest access
Guests will have the entire home to themselves. Parking will be in our private driveway.

Relaxing stay

Nice size fenced in back yard. Complimentary wine, water and snacks was quite a surprise.

Pleasant Stay

Our trip was cut short but we enjoyed the house during our stay. The house was set up just as the listing had posted. The manager was very responsive as well.

Older neighborhood

Met our needs; designed, styled and cleaned as described. But the home is older than it appears in pictures & structural maintenance could use some help, like the back door that leaked rain (& we were there in thunderstorms) & the falling-down fencing that was precarious for pets. Owner responded to communication.

Good neighborhood. Convenient location.

House is on end of cul de sac, which is very nice!! Somewhat quiet neighborhood. They accept pets, which is a plus!! First impressions upon opening front door: Cute set up with large screen TV above fireplace. Two couches and two nice chairs by the window. It’s nice that there is a writing desk, if you should be in the area for work. 3 bedrooms, all with TVs, along with 2 bathrooms, all upstairs. From the living area to the kitchen, there are also two steps. Kitchen looks like a nice set up as well. Main bedroom is a good size area with en suite. Nice fenced in backyard for the fur babies. There were coffee pods and snack chips along with a bottle of wine for the guests. The cons that we encountered renting this property: Too many different scented plug ins that were overwhelming when you walk in the door. We unplugged them during our stay as our sinuses couldn’t take it. House seemed clean until we started to use utensils, cookware and coffee pot and noticed that they had grease, food on them. We had to wash most everything before using. The kitchen floor was free of debris but VERY dirty as I had to wipe up water from our cooler after unpacking and the paper towel was solid brown!! Yuck!! There was grease on the stove that hadn’t been cleaned prior to our renting. The railing going upstairs was very sticky. Only one hand towel per bathroom (one of those was microfiber, which are horrible) one towel for the kitchen; microfiber. They only had one trash bag for the kitchen. So after we made sure the trash was taken out Thursday morning, we had to use a small bag from the bedroom trash can for the remainder of our stay. No ice maker/ice traces in freezer, so bring a bag of ice. Was going to use the grill but it is charcoal, which we had none of. The grill needs attention anyhow as the racks are super rusted. Lots of locked doors, lots of rules to follow and a few cameras set up outside, which made us feel like we had no privacy. The stay wasn’t terrible, we just feel like the property needs a lot of attention.
