Step out onto the deck and take in the fresh air, with outdoor seating. You can enjoy the outdoors while sipping your favorite beverage.The dining room offers a stately dining table with seating for your entire group, there is additional seating provided at the breakfast bar. With the dining area overlooking the living room, your group can be together in one common area.
The upgraded kitchen offers new Whirlpool stainless steel appliances, including a fridge/freezer, gas range/oven, dishwasher and microwave. A standard coffee maker is provided.
Off the living area and to the left is bedroom two offering two full beds and custom built in drawers with ample storage. Across the hall is a three quarter bath with a walk in shower. At the end of the hall is the home's laundry room with two full size washers and dryers available for your use. Through here, you can gain outdoor access. Head out back to grill on the propane barbecue.
Head upstairs to the second level. To the left of the landing is the master suite with upper deck access, a king bed, large flatscreen TV and a Fire Glass gas fireplace. There is a three quarter bathroom with a walk in shower.
Down the hall is the second master offering a king bed, flatscreen TV and ample closet space. There is a full bath in the hallway. The final bedroom offers two twin over twin bunks and ample closet space.

Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.
No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Take trash to dumpster locations

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
