Located on the Wine and Castle Route, just a 10-minute walk from the town center, the house offers the peace of the countryside while remaining close to all amenities.

Capacity of 6 people, this house has 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with large double beds and 1 bedroom with a 2 beds 90x190), a bright living / dining room with the fireplace and open kitchen (oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, dishwasher...). The bathroom WC has been refurbished with a walk-in shower. If you are traveling with young children, please let me know and I can provide you with a baby bed and high chair.
The second summer kitchen, typical of Spain, formerly a painter's studio, with its built-in barbecue allows you to make large paella dishes (XL pans provided), among other things. You will also find there with a 2nd refrigerator to keep drinks cool, a washing machine and the cupboard with additional crockery. You can take the opportunity to eat on the terrace equipped with a dining table and rest benches.
The spacious garden is home to fruit trees, almond trees, olive trees and some vines, and, passing through a small staircase, you will also find the large swimming pool, newly renovated in mosaic with an American beach which offers unforgettable sunsets and the view of the olive groves and the mountain.
