The Magnolia Guesthouse & balcony is your own private space. The mature and manicured garden is shared, however there is a separate seating area for Magnolia guest's private use.

The lower level of the building is not occupied and is used for storage.

Please be mindful of noise when checking in, please no loud voices or car doors slamming.
