Sunset Cabins Ipperwash beach is located on Ipperwash Beach Road, just a 4 Min Walk to the beach. Come enjoy the safe quiet sandy beach, clear water and outstanding sunsets on beautiful Lake Huron. Relax at our quiet family oriented cottages and cabins, which is also, home to an onsite Chip Truck serving lunch and dinners. A perfect place for family vacations & weekend getaways. Provincial Parks, Golf courses, Motor Speedway and Drive In Theatre all nearby.

The space
We have equipped the kitchen fully with cooking ware, plates, cups, and cutlery for your use while you stay. We have also included Mini fridge, Coffee make, kettle, toaster over, Stove, Oven, spices etc for you the feel at home. Enjoy your favorite wine next to a wood fire place in our cabin, or enjoy a cold beer while barbequing your favorite steak in the shared bbq area and at night light a fire on our fire pit and share stories under a starlight sky.

On site amenities include coffee pot, toaster, stoves/microwaves, en-suite bathrooms with stand-up showers, BBQ's, picnic eating areas & fire pit.
Each room is equipped with air conditioning, WiFi is also available on site but may be not reliable in the rooms as we are limited by the service provider.

Guest access
To make you feel more comfortable at home, we have provided you with lawn chairs, gazebos and tables for your outdoor pleasures. We have a rain proof Pergola should it rain which is in the common sections of the property. Just bring your food, swimming shorts and fire wood.

Get out, meet new people if you like, and share your world experience with others. We have an onsite Chip Wagon, take out or dine-in establishment. Fully staffed, serving fish and chips, burgers, sausages, ice cream, pop and all the rest of goodies to make you feel at ease. Restaurant times may vary please confirm and inquire before booking.

Other things to note
The cabins can also be used for larger gatherings such as Reunion or Anniversary. If you want all your family in one place to share stories around the fire, cook and eat together, this is it. Absolutely terrible and disgusting - do not stay here!

I booked this vacation rental because it was called a Cozy Sunset Cabin Family of 4 Getaway. Well the beach may have had the sunset but the rest was an complete lie. I went there with my Mom, 4 year old son and 10 month old baby. The room is barely big enough for 2 adults let alone a family of 4. We pulled up and the curb appeal makes you feel like you're stopping at a motel on the side of the highway. When we got in, besides the size of it I instantly noticed the stained comforters and started looking further. There was mold in the bathroom and the baseboards were stained and dirty. It was completely disgusting. I snapped some pictures and told the owner we would not be staying, locked the door and left. He also mentioned in his ad that there was a chip truck on site and when we arrived there was a "for lease" sign on it. Because of this we brought no food for dinners expecting to eat there. He tells me they had staffing issues and it was closed. Real helpful when youve already packed up your two kids and travelled the hour and a half. When I asked for my money back he ignored me for hours and told me he would not be doing that. I sent him the photos and he did not respond. This place is a scam, disgusting and should not be allowed to be rented. I am now out all my money and I plan on warning future renters about this property on social media. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

To make you feel more comfortable at home, we have provided you with lawn chairs, gazebos and tables for your outdoor pleasures in the common space. Just bring your food, swimming shorts and fire wood. Please not the kitchen in this cabin is compact size,. Hot plate is used for cooking, and dish tub is used for dishes.
