We were in Manistee for a family reunion. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the home, comfortable beds, anything you would want/need was in the home. Easy check in, great communication with the host, I would highly reccomend this home/host!

Great place! Stocked with everything you'll need; including Q-Tips and cottonballs.Queen mattress in upstairs room by itself was reported to be thin and couple rolled to center; could be replaced.

Perfect size for our group of 8

Finding comfortable accommodations for a group of 8 adults isn't always easy. This property is in an excellent location and offered plenty of space for our large group. We had everything available to make our long weekend stay comfortable.With only a couple of extra questions for our host, she was prompt in her responses and follow up.If we're back in Manistee we'll likely look for this spot again.

Christmas Holiday

My family stayed here from Dec 20 to Jan 3 and had a fantastic time being together. The host was terrific and super responsive. She had decorated the house for us with a Christmas tree and all. She also left us several very thoughtful gifts and went above and beyond to make us comfortable and happy. We enjoyed our time there and had a terrific time with each other. It was our favorite holiday together. Thank you!

Great for fishing and golfing trip

Worked perfect for us. The rental is an older house that was nicely updated inside. 3 separate bedrooms and 5 beds in a bonus room worked great for our guys group of 8. Only heads up is a heads up on the climb up the stairs it has a lower ceiling so don’t bump your head. Door into bonus attic room is small but worked great for us. No complaints. This worked great for us and was next door to the marina we used. Nice outside patio we chilled on.

Great Place- Close to Town

We had a great stay! The big room upstairs was so fun for our young kids. The location is perfect- close to town and a short drive/long walk to the beach. We would absolutely stay here again.

Work "Vacation"

This house worked great for our work crew! We have a remodeling job on the area and this house was a great alternative to a hotel. We put the whole crew up in this house! The accommodations were very clean and tastefully decorated. The crew was very comfortable. The full kitchen allowed us to make meals for everyone, which saved us a lot of money. Check-in and Check-out was very simple and smooth. Host was quick at responding. Even the extra parking in back worked for all of our vehicles! Highly recommend - works great for a large group!

Great place for exploring Manistee

We enjoyed the neat, comfortable house and the location. Plenty room for the 11 of us and downtown Manistee was a walk away. The kitchen was well stocked for making our meals and the games and toys helped keep the kids occupied. Thanks for a great stay.

Great for a guys trip!

The place was very nice and had everything we could have asked for! Lots of room for our large group (12 in total!) It was very clean and they had plenty of towels and linens for our stay. Carmen was very responsive with any questions and concerns and even left us a thank you note for when we arrived! The location made downtown Manistee a very easy 13 minute walk and made for a great place for couples. Thanks again for a great trip!

We just spent 8 days in Manistee for a family fishing vacation. The home was very spacious and comfortable. The location was very close to downtown and the marinas. We would definitely stay here again.

Great for families

Charming old house feels. Beautiful master and an adorable, very comfortable, spacious bunk room. The air conditioning tried it's best to cool the house but certain rooms did get warm and stuffy. The common areas were very comfortable. The parking was difficult with a very small space in the front with spots in the back. It was difficult to maneuver large vehicles. The neighborhood was close to downtown but very run down. The parking lot of the apartment building was right next door. There were people sitting in their vehicle talking all day making it uncomfortable to sit on the patio. Plus the parking lot lights were on all night shining into the windows of the 1st floor bedroom because there were not window coverings. We were in Manistee for a family wedding so we stayed with in laws and cousins. The house was great for our purposes.

I am a West Michigan native. I love having four seasons (although I wish winter was shorter and summer is my favorite). I live in Spring Lake and love living so close to Lake Michigan. I enjoy reading, traveling, and coffee. I love spending time outdoors with my family – my husband, two sons, and a dog named Charlie. We enjoy hiking, biking, boating, and going to the beach.

What I love about this house is that it fits multiple families who want to share a vacation together! The kids room is so fun for friends or cousins to hang out in. Why choose a hotel when you can share a home? It is very cozy and comfortable.
