The interior living area has cable TV, and the ground level bedroom and two top floor bedrooms have smart TVs. Additional features include wrap around front porch has bench swing and two kayaks with paddles and seat cushions.

HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping service are additional costs for monthly stays.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday 7-night stays only between June and early August. Partial week stays may be considered for last minute stays. Sunday turn day is generally enforced the rest of the year, but not always, with 5-night minimum stays available – call with special requests.

DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and will be required to pay additional rent. Maximum 2 dogs. Dogs are allowed on the beach during daylight hours and must be leashed.
